I appreciate, trust, and depend on my service advisor, Michael Davis. He makes me feel like family. If he is not immediately available when I drive in like this recent time, then Gary came out to greet me and find out what I needed. Then when Michael was free - very quickly, he took over. Even the shop manager makes a special point to come out and greet me by name when I picked up my car. I appreciate the thoughtful and honest personal attention by everyone - especially Michael.

Our sales associate went out of his way to help us and to make the process go well. The dealership worked very hard to find a way for us to purchase the car and was successful. I had not expected to be buying a car when we walked into the dealership, but left with a new car purchase.

I experienced a situation with a faulty wiper blade. When it came less than 30 days during a strong rain, my windshield was scratched on the driver side. A repair to the wiper was done immediately, however I later noticed the scratch. I made an appointment and returned and with lots of effort most of the scratch was removed. I can still barely see a part of it but not enough to worry me. I feel Mike and the service team did a wonderful job trying to help me and addressing the problem. Thanks!

If your planning on taking a test drive at Massey Cadillac, make sure you bring plenty of ID's and your insurance card just in case you get into an accident. If you do get into one, they will blame it on you and will treat you like a criminal. They blocked my car in and I was told the cops were going to arrive and take me to jail. After I called the cops, the police officers made the dealership move the car that was blocking my car. I was then told by the police that I did not have to provide the dealership with my insurance. They were extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I would NEVER! recommend this dealership to anyone.
