This actually was the second car that I purchased from Walser, both of which were used. First car in 2006 was a 2003 chevrolet Impala and the head gaskets went out after about 45 days. With no warranty I only paid about $150 and the rest the dealership handled so that was GREAT! Recently I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander Limited with only a few dings here and there and barely any miles for the year. Walser's price was actually about $3000 less than the Kelley Blue Book (kbb.com). They offer all types of extras to go along with the great pricing. 22 days after I purchased the Jeep the surpiteen belt went out and the warranty didnt cover that specific part. But Walser also fixed that hassel free and also offered a rental or shuttle while I waited. So Im pretty sure down the line my next car will also be coming from Walser. Oh I dont want to forget the 52 FREE car washes and first few FREE oil changes, I mean who doesnt like FREE. The two sales reps Eric schuck and Matthew Kawalski brought the vehicle in from another one of there sister lots that morning as soon as I called about an inquiry and I drove home that night. 5 stars from me!

Eric Schuck did an awesome job and answered every question we had, and stayed with us through the whole time of the sale. Walser does great at explaining what the customer is buying, and does it without pressuring them into what to buy. If you are tired of pushy salesman, go to Walser. I worked with much of the Walser team, and couldn't be happier with the results. I do not live in the area anymore, but the car I wanted was at this dealership. I called about a week ahead, and made advances to "get the ball rolling" with everything I needed to purchase the vehicle. They made it extremely easy, and very fun to get this vehicle. I was looking for a convertible on the internet, and found several dealers that had something I'd be interested in. I started with the vehicle listed by Walser, simply because I was familiar with the address. I drove through the lot to see if the vehicle was still there, and parked once I found it. I was approached by Tammy promptly (but not pounced upon!) and she was very helpful. She had the facts on the vehicle, and made me feel at ease. After test-driving the 2007 Saturn Sky, I left to go see 3 other vehicles that I was interested in on the other side of the cities (Wayzata). I spent a good deal of time looking at the other dealership, and was never given a second glance by ANY of the staff. After 20 minutes of being ignored, I decided to call Tammy at Walser from the parking lot of the OTHER dealership to give Tammy and Walser Buick the sale.

It is refreshing to find a dealership that understands prompt, friendly service from a knowledgeable staff is a winning combination. I will recommend the dealership freely!

I traveled to the cities, and since I was not familiar with the city, Tammy agreed to deliver the car to a predetermined location making it easy to find and get back on the interstate. This was my first time visiting the Roseville Walser dealership and I very pleased with my overall experience. I was looking online for vehicles and got ahold of Tammy, one of the salespeople. She recommended that I come take a look at a few vehicles. I was instantly sold when I took a test drive in a Chevy Malibu that she recommended to me. I was very impressed and happy with our car consultant (Matthew Kowalski), and we also received extraordinary care and treatment from Matthew??s mangers and piers. My wife and I are no strangers to buying new vehicles. We have had extremely terrible experiences in the past with other dealers and we also as well have had good experiences. But, what we encountered with Walser Buick GMC ROSEVILLE and our car consultant Matthew, have now been our greatest car buying experience to date. I have been bring my cars to Walser for years, but wanted to mention the last visit due to the situation. I had mentioned a rattle that would happen at times during previous visits for oil changes and normal service, but the issue would never show up when I was there. In my description of the problem the service guys couldn't make the issue show up either. Fast forward to the fall it finally was doing it during a scheduled service visit. They were able to get it figured out and get it fixed, but I had fallen out of warranty.
