Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler

This place is listed in my cell phone under the name, "Evil Dealership". That pretty much sums up my feelings. I bought a used car from them in April of '07, and have gone there at least five times for different repairs. They always take forever to fix the most basic problems, NEVER apologizing for it. They have tried to cheat me, claiming that a repair isn't covered by warranty (leaking transmission fluid IS covered by my warranty), and are extremely sloppy and unprofessional. Recently, they held my car for almost three weeks so that they could repair the transmission. I finally got the car back, and it sounded lousy. (Still sounds lousy, because they're now claiming that they don't have any openings for new appointments.) The mechanic who fixed my car last confirmed that the front wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Why it wasn't fixed in the three weeks it was sitting there, I have no idea. I never see anyone there doing any actual work. To top it off, BOTH front wheel bearings were replaced last August, so obviously they are incompetent and botched that job. The service advisors that I have spoken to are very cold and take no responsibility for their shoddy work. They are presently trying to get me to pay again to have this wheel bearing fixed. If I didn't have the warranty (which has more than paid for itself) I would never bother with these crooks. When I told the service manager that my car needed to be fixed as soon as possible, he accused me of being unfair to the other customers. Wow. Amazing that these people are able to hold down their jobs. The way they do business is shameful; I wonder if the owner is concerned about that, or if they are in fact trained to be jerks?

Pros: My car at least looks cute.

Cons: Crooks, crooks, crooks! Also, they're super slow.

this is the worst dealer i have ever bought from...VERY sorry i did...Suzie sux. Sales and Service sux. They do not follow up or call back, Do not deliver what they promise.. Calls go unanswered, General Manager does not call you back.... he passes calls to sales manager (Phil), who ACTS concerned but never returns calls as promised either !!!!! 5 star dealership is a joke.he Bett#r Busin#ess Bur#au (won't let me use name) is revoked...not surprised,,,have to wonder why. These people are crooks and liars. Do not be lured in by their fake smiles and empty promises. consider yourself warned. rude receptionist too....can hear phone slam down before being put on hold. I can go on and on....unfortunately I am forced to issue one star, they do not desreve it.

this dealership lacks in customer service from the moment you step into the door and the lack of service continues for months. they refuse to deal with warranty problems, lie about what they are doing to the vehicle or have done to the vehicle,
try to charge extra for their errors, shuffle you to other sales agents, do not follow through and waste a lot of my time. the sales lady "got" her commission and then we were history and completely ignored by her (name is susie). they take advantage of the elderly and do not service the vehicle as asked. because of the lack of service an accident happened. the workers also steal from your vehicle when it is in there for "service". this place is horrible and will never do business with these type of distrustful business. horrible, horrible, horrible place. liars and thieves. go anywhere else but no not go here. many more detail but not enough room for them.
