I just bought a 2008 Toyota Rav4 lease turn in. The sales person was admittedly not as informed about the vehicle as he could have been, however he was friendly, entertained my gazillion questions, met most of my demands, and generally gave me a positive sales experience (I hate buying cars). Sales tactics were not overly high pressure. I would consider shopping there again, though I sincerely hope that is not for a long time.
