North Brothers Plumbing & Rooter

They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed....I am very UNSATISFIED.Jay, the owner was very unprofessional to deal with after the job was done and paid for. In fact, after many attempts at calling and leaving messages with his company that I was NOT SATISFIED, he finally called me back several weeks later. After 15 minutes on the phone, he hung up on me.There were changes made to our original agreement and I was not contacted and made aware of....Instead he did a hack job, which left the job showing big ugly pipes exposed, up the side of my historical mid century modern home.His solution.... to go back and do the original job that he set out to do the first time only he wanted to charge me double the price. I had already spent $1750.00 for the hack job and another $750.00 for a few small services such as cleaning the drain of hair and placing a rubber stopper in my tub insted of repairing the european stopper he was asked to. I do not recommend this company and I will be taking up more complaints with the BBB.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I've used North Brothers several times now and each time Jay was prompt, courteous and provided excellent value for the $$ paid. I will continue to use North Bros. Plumbing as I believe they are fair and the quality of the work is excellent. I have recommended North Bros Plumbing to several neighbors and won't hesitate to both use them again and recommended them to others.

Response time was very quick and did a professional job. This is the second time I requested their plumbing service. Both times I did not have any problems.

North Bros. Plumbing has been our choice for all plumbing and rooter needs for several years. Whether it is a messy rooter job, a broken pipe, slow drains, or leaky faucets, Jay always does a professional job, arrives when scheduled, is pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. He is very knowledgeable. I recommended him to our neighbor and they too have been pleased with his work.

I knew that that repiping our water pipes would be a tedious job but these guys did it in such a professional manner that I can't believe and were very fast too. Job well done.

I have not come across such a great plumbing company such as yours before today. You guys seem to really have the customers best interest in mind without all the upselling other companies try to push on you. You guys said this was the best rated toilet as far as flushing and I must say my new toilet flushes better than any other toilet I've used before. I will recommend you guys every chance I get.

Allways on time, very clean, neat, trustworthy and easy to work with. They fixed my clogged drain and gave me a one year warranty to assure me that the problem was solved.
