I had to get my wedding together with only 2 weeks to prepare. I called Weddings By Hinda after calling several other wedding planners. Most simply didn't answer the phone. The others couldn't deal with my time frame. From the moment Hinda at Weddings By Hinda answered the phone, I knew I found the right wedding planner. Not only does she answer her phone consistently but when she does miss a call, it's returned right away. Hinda and her team were able to put our wedding together with the short notice we gave them. Everything from meeting and greeting guests, catering, flowers, ceremony locations, reception locations, transportation, etc. They did it all. All we had to do was show up and Weddings By Hinda SAVED my wedding, otherwise we would have had to push it back six months.
For anyone getting married, I highly recommend using Weddings By Hinda for the entire event. Not only were they able to provide the service under non-conventional time frames, they were also very reasonably priced. I expected to pay at least $2000 - $3000 more because we were last minute but Wedding By Hinda was very fair and charged me their regular rate.
Best tip I can give is for your upcoming wedding:
Hire one person to do it all. It keeps things less confusing and expensive when it comes to all vendors working together with one main planner.
