Ratings_icons Worst Learning Center Your Child Can Have

N S.

My 3 year old son was here for a couple of weeks. This is classic example of how bad a learning place can be.Teachers here are not experienced and have no idea dealing with kids. They just provide toys etc to kids and they do not monitor or pay attention on what children are doing. Your child will never learn anything here, as they do not involve children in any creative activity. So your child will just pass the entire day playing with toys sitting at in a corner of class like other children. There is a small play area too but as I said your kid will play there with no attention from teacher resulting in minor injuries to kid everyday. Please avoid this center even if they offer it to you for free.

Ratings_icons A pleasant place with pleasant people

My daughter has been attending school here for a couple of years. She is doing very well! I feel she is learning a lot and developing well. She is always talking about school, her friends at school, her teachers, etc. I really love that she seems happy and sometimes doesn't want to leave! I am very appreciative of her teachers! They are very caring and she adores them! We like being here :)

Our child attended this center for a year and half. Our experience was that the management had little experience and the care was very inconsistent. This daycare is corporate and there is little or no parent involvement. There is no emphasis on family development and it basically is a very expensive babysitting service. There is a curriculum but there is a lack in consistency in teachers that the kids never have a chance to bond and therefore learn the best that they could. Since we have been enrolled here I have visited many centers in downtown Seattle and I can say that most of them are far better run and staffed. I would say that customer service was excellent but that never made up for the other things that were lacking.

Ratings_icons NEVER SEND YOUR CHILD HERE

Krupa s.

We send our little one at the Dallas center in texas, and we had horrible experience with the school. They keep changing his teacher in every 2 or maximum 3 months. We are pure vegetarian and every day because of the doctors note they allowed me to give him food from the home and later on because we lost his weight and became so peel I used to come and feed him. Though we took very much care, one of his teacher fed him chicken as we have specific instructions not to give him any food from the school and as usual they changed the teacher without let parents know. I request all parents never send your kid to kinder care learning center. They just let the kids sit down on chair or carpet and never doing any activities except showing them videos. They are very famous to hire most irresponsible people. Your kid will never learn anything new. They even dont pay attention about kids meal and their kitchen is always dirty. Its better to let kids stay at home then sends them to KINDERCARE LEARNING CENTER.

this school is awful. I am so sad that I even let my child go here for a few months. all the teachers do is complain. the directors are constantly hounding you for payment. and the attention given to the children is minimal..they're too busy doing paperwork!

Ratings_icons Keep your kids away!

I moved to Seattle and needed immediate daycare. I thought I was fortunate to find an opening at a place with a nice large facility that is right downtown. I was so wrong. The staff does not seem to care about the kids. Often at drop off, there would be one person in a room with 10+ toddlers. The staff member was not paying any attention to the kids, and was doing work to get the room ready for the day. They would call in the chef to make sure the ratio of teacher to student was satisfied. At least the chef would interact with the kids since he wasn't busy cleaning or whatever. I think the staff has very high turnover and there is no commitment to the kids.

Ratings_icons Do NOT put your child here!

While this KinderCare center is in a great location (right downtown), it is one of the worst experiences I have had with childcare. My son was enrolled in this center for several months, and it was a nightmare! I would frequently go in to get my son after work and walk into the infant room where children were crying away while one worker was attempting to care for all of them while the other would be just sitting around. One of my friends walked into the infant room to find that her son had been left completely alone, in a highchair, with no teacher or worker in the room! The administration of this center is terrible as well. Stay away!

PROS: NONE
CONS: Too many to list!
