Owners of The Corkscrew wine bar, one of the first spots to open in the resurgent bar scene on Washington Avenue, have just opened The Washington Drinkery! The Washington Drinkery is a full bar located on Washington Avenue near Shepherd. This is a place where people want to come to have a good time instead of wanting to be seen having a good time. Live music, karaoke and Wednesday Steak Nights keep the crowd laid back, fun and casual. The bar provides a variety of great beers on tap, not to mention the already famous WAD shots which are always on special. The same great pizza from The Corkscrew is also served here, starting with happy hour and throughout the night. A more extensive menu is to come soon. If you are thinking about heading out tonight for some laid back fun, then The Washington Drinkery invites you to come by for a great time!

Great cantina. Started off a little slow but by late evening was booming. Met some friends after work and had a great time. Friendly people with a good ambiance.

Absolutely had a great time here ! Came after work with some friends right at 5:00 on a Friday night. Place was slow and not crowded by late evening this place was rocking! People were inside and out. Very fun evening indeed.

What a great place for having fun and eating good food too. We were there for Karaoke and had the Steak Night special. We had a ball and the steak was great.

Best on Washington

Great place on Washington for drinks with friends. This is one of the few happy hour locations that me and friends can always agree on for after work get togethers. Pizza is awesome (same styles as Corkscrew) and service is always great.
Pros: Brand new renovation, Casual & upscale feel, Great Pizza
Cons: Parking can be tricky;
