NAPA Auto King Auto Parts

Wow! I thought I needed an alternator for my car, so I went to Auto King Auto Parts to buy one. After talking to the counter person she, yes,SHE determined that all I needed was a simple battery terminal to replace the loose, corroded one that was there. It only cost me $1.50 I was ready to spend $150.00 plus labor!!!!!!! She could have made one big sale that day if she would have sold me an alternator plus the terminal but, her honesty and their thoughtfulness has earned them a customer for life! Thank you Auto King Auto Parts, not only did you save me a lot of money that day, but you also earned my trust and a customer for life!!!

Pros: Two Thumbs and Two Toes way, way UP!!

Cons: Store should stay open longer hours.

"If we don't have it, we'll get it for you" is what they told me, that was no surprice, what surpriced me was that they called their competitor and sent me there to get it ... these guys are totaly honest!!! They put my interest infront of their PROFIT and I totaly respect that.

Reliable, convenient and affortable, these guys are allright by me. I proudly support my independent auto parts store.
