it is a nice looking hotel but not very comfortable. if you want to stay at an affordable hotel to stay the night, this place is a good candidate but nothing more is to be expected.

Comparing the prices of this hotel to others in the area. It was comparable. However, the A/C leaves little to be desired. When complaining about the temperature of the room to the Hotel Manager after talking to the pleasant front desk staff, it was apparent that the Manager was only concerned about the revenue the hotel was making. The Manager was very unfriendly and it appeared that I was interrupting their day.\r\n\r\nI have stayed at this hotel over 10 times. The quality of service by management has drastically decreased over the past two years. It seems they have unqualified staff in mangement positions to save money.\r\n\r\nThe owner(s) need to take this heart and increase quality service through management as it starts at the top and goes down through the staff. \r\n\r\nBring back the old managers you had two+ years ago. They understood customer service and it was shown through the staff and quality of the property. Plus, they knew how to handle complaints versus the incapable mangers you have now. \r\n\r\nIf you do not bring them back, I would highly suggest that no one stays at this property until the owner(s) hire a new management team that cares.\r\n

Pros: Friendly Front Desk Staff. Nice Beds.

Cons: General Manager and MGMT. A/C is terrible.

I stayed here when I first visited Palm Springs. They'd said they had wifi in the rooms but I found this to not be true - had to go to the lobby to get wifi. The rooms were OK - nothing great.

Nice little pet friendly getaway and reasonably priced too. The interiors have gone through a recent remodel with entertainment centers in most rooms. Small but nice pool.

I stayed here last October and still think about how cute this place was. Very mod, and you can tell this place is trying hard to play ball with some of the bigger hotels. They were doing a bit of construction when we were there but the staff is very gracious and friendly, so the minute we complained about the noise, it mysteriously stopped. a few bones to pick, not too big though - there is NO soundproofing in the suites. we could hear every single footstep from the suite above us, and the kids there screaming and the tv blaring - it was a bit like a circus. the rooms are across each other with only about 15 feet of grass (like a courtyard style apartment), and the jacuzzi was literally underneath our first floor window - the guys who sat and yacked until 1 am definitely kept us up. so the sound proofing was definitely an issue. other issues - the ""cable"" tv channels were a joke (about 8 channels total), and parking is a total gamble. if you don't score one of 6 spots in front or 10 on the side, you'll be parking in a dirt lot across the street. \r\n\r\nthis being said, my trip was for pure relaxation, and i was pretty pleased with the rest of my experience here. the pool and jacuzzi areas are charming, the bed was great, and the full kitchen was a luxury - and the price was a steal, most importantly. i'd recommend requesting a 2nd story suite or one that has no unit above it. and yes - this is a pet-friendly hotel!

Pros: mod, kitschy decor, awesome bed, full kitchens, pet friendly

Cons: needs better sound-proofing and more parking

A group of us stayed here and we were all very happy. They allow dogs, and the rooms do not appear as if there were past pets, but I would make sure you let the front desk know of any damage right when you check it to prevent any confusion because they have a long waiver to sign when you check in with many high charges for damages!! It is a bit MOD and the management does not mind late night gatherings around the pool. The beds are very comfy, but I thought it was interesting that our room, the pet friendly one, had entirely white bedding!
