I like this college because it is not very expensive and it is so easy to get to. I do not have to travel a long distance to go to this school everyday. It is so close to the subway as well.

This is a very good community college. It is located right on the train line so it convenient to get there. The staff is god and very knowledgeable. They offer something for everyone. Many people go there from high school while others just take courses on their own. Alot of people take night courses after they spend a full day at work.

Great school to get some of your basic classes out of the way

I have taken several of my basic requirement classes at Bunker Hill. Some were great and I learned a lot... some were not that great. I think, though, that you just have to expect that you get what you pay for (and also that you get out as much as you put into it). A couple of my instructors were fabulous. One instructor was terrible. However, the classes were very inexpensive, with subject matter of moderate difficulty.
I believe that the school is pretty regularly ranked very high, as far as community colleges go, across the country. Also, this school was featured in "Good Will Hunting"! It is very conveniently located, with its own stop on the Orange Line (Community College Station).
If I were to do it all over again, I probably would find the four year school I wanted to attend, find out their basic requirements, start at Bunker Hill by taking those basic requirements, and then transfer into the four year school of my choice. It is a much less expensive option.

If you are looking for a fantastic college to attend, reguardless of age, look no further. Bunker Hill Community College is a great place to learn and grow. The faculty is wonderful and so is the environment. They make you feel welcomed and never out of place. It doesn't matter if you are fresh out of high school or if you have children in high school, Bunker Hill Community College will welcome you and make you happy. You will actually enjoy your learning experience if you attend this school. Come graduation, you will be sad to be leaving!
