I have been to Chameleon twice to support friends. One friend had an eyebrow piercing done there. They got her into the piercing room within 10 minutes, and had her out within 3. Piercer was helpful in answering any questions she had, suggested product to use with it, and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. When going with a different friend for her tattoo, we had the same helpful experience. Very professional. Took his time in making sure she knew what would be happening, and showing her that everything was sterile beforehand. Used the needle on her without any ink to show her what it was going to feel like to have it done. He took basically every precaution he could to make sure she was okay with what was about to happen. The tattoo artist also chatted with her during the process just to keep her relaxed. Good prices for both piercings and tattoos. Polite, friendly, experienced workers. Sometimes receptionists are rude, but they are just dealing with the people who complain about pricing, custom designs, and a lot more. Location is very clean, very sterile. Always good to walk into the room where they do the tattooing and have it smell like rubbing alcohol. If you can't smell a chemical cleaner when you walk in... it's time to walk out.
PROS: nice, expertise, professional, clean

As far as the piercing skills at Chameleon Tattoo and Body Piercing parlor go, I can only speak to the latter. The process was quick and, though painful, it didn't last too long and I was able to walk to the T within minutes.
Prices are reasonable for businesses of this nature and the location is very convenient. If that two-hour tattoo process is getting too painful your friend can run down to the Ben & Jerry's downstairs to get you a ice cream.
Storefront and insides appear very clean (extremely comforting if you've ever been in a place that isn't).
PROS: location, expertise
CONS: owies
