Pediatric Dental Healthcare

I don't have enough time in my day to clearly state all of the lousy experiences I've had with this office. The customer service is consistently poor. There is NO personalized attention in any facet of the practice. Business office and management are apathetic and incompetent. ALWAYS get an answering machine when you call. Don't promptly return calls or don't return them AT ALL. Didn't provide written treatment plan and cost properly and accurately before treatment begins. Didn't report to me when my insurance covered an expense that I already paid them for! Didn't give me formal consult to discuss options for ortho care (as stated that they do on their website). Many hygienists treat my kids like a unit on an assembly line rather than as little people. Hygienists/dentists do not satisfactorily answer questions related to dental health. Seems as though they want to get you out the door as quickly as possible. No respectable response from this office to resolve issues. All of them pass the buck; none of them take responsibility for their actions. There's no accountability in this office...NONE. VERY POORLY OPERATED. Save yourself alot of grief and seek your dental/ortho care elsewhere.

We bring our kids here, and they are very professional. They do the best job possible to make the kids comfortable. They have a very kid-friendly waiting area with toys, a movie room, and a few arcade games.

My 3 children go the Pediatric Dental, they have a new state of the art building. They are always very punctual with the appointments. The staff has always been nice to us.
