They are convenient and nice, but they took the old knobs without asking us -- they were brand new. We couldn't get them back. At least they offered to get us new ones - we didn't get the new ones, but it was good that they offered. I just wish they hadn't taken the others.

When we had a couple of file cabinets that were locked shut, we called CLC to help us out. They were able to come to our place of business and remove the old lock system and replace with a new one. They were very responsive and gave us great service!
