I was extremely pleased with Lititz Orthodontics. I had braces for around four years, which is longer than most of the other patients due to other issues with my teeth. I had a horrible smile and was embarrassed by it but my teeth are now straight and I don't do anything but smile! Of course braces aren't always fun - there is a fair amount of discomfort when they get tightened but the assistants were always to kind. All most all of the assistants had had braces or was wearing them at the time so they knew exactly what you were feeling. Dr. Palasz's assistants do a lot of the work with tightening braces and such but Dr. Palasz always checks you out before you leave.
His office is relatively new and always clean. His office also will send you email reminders before your visit so you won't forget which was extremely helpful for me. I did on occasion have a brace or wire pop off and I was easily scheduled in on that day or the next to get it reattached. (This included over Thanksgiving! There was an assistant on call who came in and fixed me up! She was extremely pleasant too even though I was cutting into her family time!)
Sometimes they will be running behind so you may have to wait out front for a bit. I also had scheduling difficulties at times because I needed appointments that didn't conflict with my parent's work schedules. Lititz Orthodontics always worked with my mom to get an appointment set that fit my schedule. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go anywhere else except Lititz Orthodontics for Orthodontic work! I loved it there.
