Fred Siegel is a very qualified plastic surgeon. He has a slight arrogance about him, but not enough to discourage me. He did take the time to listen to my concerns and was in no way pushy. His staff is great. He has a OR in his office and uses only highly qualified anesthesiologists. He has a website and will respond to email questions.
