Two suggestions to make the business more successful (and we do want you to stay around) a) Shelley needs to be a bit more friendly/welcoming to family - networking can never hurt your business! b) a staff member needs to be the designated event planner for each party, so they can keep an eye on the clock and manage the client expectations. For example, if the pizza making consumes most of the time, someone needs to let the host know so they can decide what aspect of the party they want to forego.
