Disappointed

I had high hopes when I contacted this place, since they had so many five-star reviews on Citysearch.
However, they sent two men to measure our floor, and they gave me an estimate based on measurements that seemed wrong. I called and asked them to have someone call me and they didn't call back. Then I measured myself, and found one area was 246.5 sq ft when they said it was 420 sq. ft, and another area was 28 sq. ft when they said 60 sq. ft. I don't know if they were intentionally inflating the measurements or whether their workers lacked skill in doing measurements and calculations. I called and asked to speak to an owner, and told them the story. He promised to send someone to re-measure today between 11 and 1, and said he'd call if they were delayed for any reason. It is now 3 p.m, and they have not come or called. I'm moving on to another company. I suggest that if you do business with them, you double-check the measurements.
