Arrow Mechanical is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. In no way do I exaggerate that comment. I regret contacting Service Magic, and taking him as a referral. I am a really nice guy. I don't screw with people, I don't cause trouble, and I go out of my way to help people, even complete strangers. So going out of my way to write such an unfavorable review, such as this, is highly uncharacteristic of me. But in this scenario, I don't have a choice. Wendell is currently screwing my pregnant wife, and I out of $1,000 that he promised us within 6-8 weeks of our new AC unit being installed. The money is supposed to come from a rebate from Xcel Energy, which can only be submitted for by an authorized contract for Xcel, meaning, my wife and I can do nothing to submit for the rebate. Needless to say, 8 weeks has come and gone, and Wendel, the OWNER, has done nothing. Not even filled out one line, of one sheet of paperwork. Now, I wouldn't be nearly as upset with this if Wendell called me back when he said he would, or checked in with me regularly, or even SEMI-regularly to tell me what was going on. But no...Wendell doesn't do that. I have contacted him approximately 9 times over the last two months. I have been understanding, patient, and very nice with him. I have gone out of my way to give try and give the understanding that people get busy, and sometimes things take longer than expected, like rebates. However, in the 9 times I have contacted Wendell over the last 2 months, he has called me back exactly ZERO times. This guy sucks at calling people back. I mean SUCKS. He sucks at customer service. He sucks at everything. On top of that...I have called Xcel energy to file a complaint against Wendell and his company Arrow Heating, only to be told that he is not an authorized contractor for Xcel. Great. Fan-f**cking-tastic. And on top of THAT...to add insult to injury, when he installed the new AC, he left my side gate propped open and my dog got out and was nearly lost and/or killed if it wasn't for my kind neighbor who happened to pick her up. So in conclusion. My wife and I are now in the process of filing a suite through small claims court to TAKE the $1,000 dollars from Wendell and his dumb company since he is unwilling to give it up himself. Fortunately, I wrote a manual contract the day he performed the service, and had him sign off that we would get the money. It sucks we have to go to these ends to hold him to his word.

This is how it is supposed to work! Get email from wife A/C is broke. Enter a Service Request, get a call a minute or less later, the guy tells me how to fix it myself, when that wasn't the problem he is out the next morning, fixes it and shows me how to keep it from happening again!

Wendil helped with our A/C need immediately! We operate a B&B so time was of the essence. He was professional, as were his 2 boys. The repair was diagnosed and repaired the first time and for the price quoted. Everything is working great.

This company is more disfunctional than the three stooges! Any good review of this company must be from the owner himself. He will fully admit that he is horrible at paperwork, very forgetfull and not able to figure out any of the Xcel Energy rebates. He seems like a nice guy but he can't delivery what he promises.
