Out Of Asia

Kowloons attracts a huge crowd, but if you are in the area do yourself a favor and go to Out of Asia. The food here is so much better and the atmosphere is a lot less hectic. The restaurant is on the small side but it is very clean and the waitstaff is excellent. The pu pu platter is really good and the food overall is fresh and delicious. This place is definitely worth a try if you are tired of the reheated food you get at Kowloons.

I agree with the previous poster Out of Asia is a small place and is just up the road from Kowloons but the food is much better and restaurant is cleaner and the waiters are very nice. The pupu platter is very good and the short ribs were good too

Out of Asia is a wonderful Chinese restaurant on Route 1 in Saugus. It is so much better that the huge Kowloon just a 1/2 mile up the road. This is a small restuarant that lots of regulars go to. Their food is unique. Good bets are the Korean Seafood Pie and Miso Soup. Very reasonable at less than $20 per person and service is great! Their take-out is great too.
