Dr Marc Moser is a rip off, he's more concern with your job situation. Those two receptionist will tell you that they accept your insurance. then they send you high bills in the mail. when you call them they tell you your insurance didn't cover that part bs...... be careful guys now they relocate.I'm concern why patient are never in the waiting room .The media needs to get involved now this is serious!!!!!

Where do I start? I just came back from Dr. Moser's office and I had to write a review for people thinking of seeing this doctor; three words - "Don't do it"

Pros: NONE !!!

Cons: Wait Time: Forever... I had a 5:15pm appointment and I was seen at 5:52pm. Funny thing ... no patients in the waiting room... I kept dozing off.

Friendliness: This Doc tried to be funny and sarcastic at the same time. As I asked him questions he looked a little perturb then asked me sarcastically "What kind of work did I do?" In my head I thought, "Is this doctor really sizing me up?" I started feeling very uncomfortable.

Professionalism: As I sat on the office chair waiting for him to put protective paper on the entire old looking, "examining chair," I notice him pulling out just a small piece for my foot only. He asked me to take off my shoes for the examination. I have bunionitist so I've been to more then one pediatrics. Basically he bent my foot back and fourth then asked me to push with force and re-track, gave me an x-ray then tried to send me off to the neurologist in the next office. He never asked me to walk back and fourth to see my walking pattern etc. Such a shabby examination - not thorough.

The office looked dusty...very much in need of a make over. They definitely need to invest in a new "X-ray body shield" because it had rips and tears as if a dog had its way with it.

Upon entering the neurologist office I was given another insurance form to fill out. What? Again? I did not feel comfortable so I declined his services. I didn't want to get ripped off twice. When I declined seeing the other associate in his office Dr. Moser had the audacity to say, "I thought the patients supposed to listen to the doctor." I look young so I guess he felt comfortable saying this -who knows.

To rap up the visit Dr. Moser came back to the room with my x-ray and said very quickly as if he was in a rush...."It looks like your condition is getting worst ----The bunion is protruding more --- Sometimes this happens.---Do you have any questions? " His body language and voice tone let me know that this doctor was done with me.

I couldn't believe he didn't prescribe orthotics, or give me any recommendations for my foot condition. This place is a rip off. He looked like he wanted to rush me out....he had some place to go.

This doctor is definitely into taking free lunches from his patients so please WaTch oUt!!!! I left his office saying, "Thank you" to him; thinking in my head I can't wait to get home and write a review for others. This Doctor professionalism---None.

Reviews are extremely helpful for me; I hope this can be helpful for you.
