Schmitt's Audi Volkswagen

They have been consistently helpful, friendly and exceeding of my expectations. I have been using their service department for both an Audi and Volkswagen and have always been treated respectfully. They always get the job done quickly and offer alternative transportation which is either a loaner, shuttle service or valet drop off/pick up. They rarely do anything wrong but are quick to fix any potential error and make me happy. I highly recommend their service department and sales department for all your needs.

I have had very good experience at Schmitt's Audi since purchasing my car there almost five years ago. I have been very impressed with the service staff and their responsiveness. They have always treated me fairly, which keeps me coming back. My car was in last weekend for some basic service and some recall work and, when the service lasted longer than expected, they immediately offered to loan me a car to run some errands that were time sensitive.
