Johnny's Auto & Truck Towing

On 3/14/07 my car broke down on I77 on the way to the Akron Canton Airport to meet someone who was arriving at 12:30 am. Someone who saw me stop reversed down the shoulder to help. I locked up my car and was given a ride to the airport by this motorist to meet the passenger. Long story short, I got back to my apartment at 3:30 am but I wasn't able to make arrangements to have my car towed. There was an ice storm that night. The next morning after calling around to the police departments and my insurance company I called Johnny's. I know that I sounded anxious, but the person who took the call was patient, did not question my accent and we made arrangements to go to the location of the car and take it to the mechanic. What excellent service from the tow driver and from the persons answering the phones. Made the situation less stressful. I now know who to call as an international student far from home.
