I don't know if I should laugh at the clowns running this company or be concerned that they are handling something that could potentially be dangerous. Don't bother asking the pitbulls who work in the office any questions because they will

I have been with Styer propane for almost 11 years now. I have often sent referrals to Randy Styer (Owner), I never had trouble with them, they billed me I paid them, and they filled the tank. They billed me I paid them, they filled the tank. So on and so forth for 7 years. HOWEVER - Styer simply only cares about their bottom line. They do NOT care that youre an individual with a life. For Ex. As stated I have been with Styer now for over 11 years. Never had a days trouble never had a missed payment. 4 years ago my partner was injured severely in a car accident. He was hit by a 19-year-old jerk driving drunk, he lost his career as a police officer that night, and thank god he didnt lose his life. With him being out of work etc, I needed help or discount or something, because when it comes time to fill the tank I found it hard to come up with the 600 bucks and that only got me half a tank Again I repeat Styer doesnt give a dam. Since 2007 we have run out of propane once and they still charged us an arm and a leg to come out and re-pressurize everything, and were on our way to running out again 1/12/2011. Just today we asked what should we do? We were told that the truck had already gone for the day and if we run out we are to call the emergency line, (and of course they would bill be emergency rates. Wasnt that sweet of them? They know were having trouble, they know were struggling but they dont give a dam. The office staff is professional but NOT polite, most of woman there act like your bothering them when you call in, and if you cant pay or have trouble then they simply wont deliver automatically anymore, you have to call in and pay before they will deliver. They treated me like I was a low class nothing who enjoys not paying their bills and continue to remind just how hard life is for my husband and I right now. So that being said, if you want a company that will take your money and give you no more than what they have to Styer is for you! However if youre a person who believes people should be a little more warm, empathetic and understanding and your looking for a company to build a relationship with and send customers to then Styer is NOT for you. They simply don't care.
