My VW was vandalized over the weekend Grr. I called on Renee at Houston Euro she picked me & my car up put me in loaner car immediatley. I was able to go to work & she handled the rest. My car is back in the condition it was before the vandal got a hold of it. The great part I did not not need to get my insurance involved... the price really fit my budget. they are good, the work was decent, it was delivered the day the told me and they kept me inform the whole time. I think this is the way every business should run; just do what you say you are gonna do. thanks Houston Euro

Highly Recommendable place! Houston Euro is really honest, affordable & realiable. Not many places are like these HE Collision. I can always depend on them on my auto needs.

Thinking about taking your vehicle for repairs? Do not take your vehicle to this company if you want to be lied to. Management is ran backwards. Fighting them to reimburse me back my money. They tell you tough luck! They do average body work, but they will say one thing and then few days later say it's different. I was told to get my money back from insurance, when their employee said I will be reimbursed back for me spending out of pocket on an alignment.
Pros: Average Body Work
Cons: TONS!!!
