All customers beware of this Indian grocery store. A new owner has taken over and recently she had a sale. Some milk products for kids which are not in supply for a month in all other indian stores are being sold here. The other stores are reliable ones. This store is selling at a price of $4.50 each bottle and after sale at $2.25 when all stores in Texas are selling this for $7.99. When we opened the seal of the bottle, the milk powder was smelling. The manufactured date was printed as Aug 10, which was smudged on all the bottles. The print appears like an expired product was re-dated. When we tried to return the unopened bottles, the owner lady made a ruckus and behaved just like how an uneducated roadside seller would shout and talk. I would advise all indians who shop there to be very cautious. She is able to sell at a paltry amount items that are otherwise not cheap because she is getting some old supplies to sell off. I am concerned specially because these are milk products for children. I will be reporting the matter to the consumer grievance center along with the smelling product as proof.
