My sister and her husband used Castles of Dallas for their twin's birthday party. When the employee from Castles of Dallas showed up, they brought the wrong jumpers. My sister was very upset and sent them to get the correct ones. Thankfully, their office wasn't too far from the party site and they were able to get the correct jumpers up as the first guests were arriving.
