This dealership is able to offer it's great prices because it rebuilt salvaged cars. Naturally, this would make anyone nervous that there is something fundamentally wrong with the vehicle, or that they put a pretty band-aid over a serious issue.

After getting to know the Autosource dealership, and purchasing a car from them, I'm now convinced at the quality of employees and high standard of quality that they set on the condition of the cars they sell.

There are a lot of bad reviews on here from a few people who seem to have bought lemons, and one who received really bad customer service (final price didn't match what he was told, key fob problems, etc.), but in my experience, they were straight-forward and didn't lie to me about anything.

I recommend looking to Autosource if you're in the market for a new model year for a much cheaper price. I got a great trade-in value on my car, and the customer service was great, not pushy or annoying.

If anything shows up with the car I bought, I will return to this site to update my review.

Luke and Adam, brothers own this company. They will sell you a branded title that has NOT been properly fixed. Then when you go back to them because the repair job was so bad they will tell you that you purchased it "as is". Very dishonest. Seriously go to one of the other companies in Salt Lake if you want a branded title.

The sales rep that sold me my Honda Fit which is a branded title, told me that the original damage and repair on the car was on the front end.We pulled up the report on the damage later and figured out it was actually on the back end which caused the damage to the rear axel.

The mis-alingnment on the car caused me to fish-tail multiple times on the freeway, blow two tires, etc. After having the car three weeks they accused us damaging the car due to a paint scrape. The company said that they would pay for the new axel rod and the alignment.

After about four weeks, they ended up paying a large portion of the axel rod (all but 200$) and did not pay for the alignment.I was very respectful over the phone and was responded to by yelling and disrespect.

First, understand that the vehicles are salvage title. NOT just branded title, but SALVAGE. Per Carfax (which they don't provide, just a knockoff that's not nearly as useful), insurance had to pay ~75% of pre-accident worth to repair it. So when they say that "only a headlight and bumper had to be replaced," inspect thoroughly, have your mechanic check it out, and if in doubt, WALK AWAY.

We did end up, perhaps naively, purchasing a car. Disappointed when I asked if the marked price was walk away, including taxes, licensing, registration, etc. (which we had seen in previous car shopping) and I was ensured it was. Then when the numbers came out for review, sure enough, another several hundred dollars were tacked on. Also asked for a second key fob, and was told that 90% of their customers paid $5 for a blank on eBay, and the dealership programmed it for free. Well, no fobs on ebay, and best I could find on amazon was ~$37. Called the dealership, who informed me that they charged $67 to cut and program any key. They charged only $27 for their fobs, and told me they haven't had good luck with keys bought online.

Bottom line, very disappointed with lack of integrity. Honestly astonished at the bold faced lying and deception. Perhaps it's that way with all car dealers, but I'd hoped for more in a great country and fine community. Why do we put up with it?

Within weeks of buying my car - the check engine light came on. Which resulted in a $400 repair. Shortly after that - my car stalled in traffic. It has now been more than a year and a half later - and no one can seem to figure out what is wrong with my car. I have had it in the repair shop at least a half a dozen time (it's going back in today) and spent a lot of money trying to diagnose/fix . It has been a very unpleasant experience.

Is anyone else suspicious that all these glowing reviews showed up on exactly the same date? Nice try, guys.

These guys ROCK!! They are the opposite of the stereotypical 'high-pressure' dealerships with cheesy salesmen. They are down to earth, honest, and a delight to deal with! Their prices are low due to their specialty in salvage titles. I won't go anywhere else!

WOW I never thought I would say I LOVE A DEALERSHIP!!! They are so friendly and didn't push me in to anything that I didn't want. My car had a problem about a month after I bought it.
I called them up and they helped me through everything. I will never buy a car anywhere else. P.S. Ask for Tim with sales He is very friendly and a fellow hunter.

We purchased a vehicle from Autosource about a week ago. On the day that we finalized the deal and took the vehicle home, the check engine light engaged. Needless to say, we were pretty concerned. We called Autosource and they requested that we bring the vehicle back to them for a diagnostic, Tim even offered to have the vehicle towed to their lot if necessary . The faulty censor was not covered under our powertrain warranty but Autosource took care of the problem anyway by having a local service center repair the vehicle at their expense. We certainly appreciated the extra effort put into our situation.

Don't listen to Jonathan W. Apparently he doesn't know how to listen. I just purchase a car from Autosource Motors and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Bryce Atwood and he sat me down and let me know EXACTLY what they do. They specialize in rebuilt cars. I used to be a mechanic at a dealership so I checked the car out before I purchased. I must say these guys know exactly what they are doing. You would never know that the car was in a wreck if they didn't tell you up front. They were VERY honest and helpful! They even back their work with a affordable 3 year warranty! Lets see the "other guys" do that! Over all... this was the BEST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle off of a lot!
