Great source of impersonal service. You'll rarely talk to the same person twice, and your "account rep" will constantly change. I kept my insurance (home, auto & life) here for two years until I grew tired of it and found a smaller agency.

This is a very friendly and helpful insurance company. My brother referred me here when I bought my car. The lady was really helpful in helping me decide what to do.

In 1997, my dad's house burned. The people in this office rolled out the red carpet for my parents. From the moment it happened, they were on top of EVERYTHING. They had a nice apartment, food to eat and other necessities THAT EVENING.
Ever since then, I've been a customer. They've handled every claim with professionalism, and more so, speed. I cannot say enough about them. They take as much time as necessary to help you sort through problems, help with claims, negotiate with other insurance companies for you and more.
My wife just had a bad accident two weeks ago. They've helped us every step of the way. Now, it is true, I do pay a little more with them, but it's worth every penny.
They are honest and caring. Funny, I usually don't say good things about insurance companies... but they're different.
