They have been around for ever, or so it seems and evertime I call even with odd parts needs they are more then willing order them and usually have them the same day. I just recently used their service dept for the first time ( I just bought a VW) and was very impressed. The work was done as promised for less then quoted which was way less then th Dealer had quoted me for the same service!!
They dont have loaner cars but I used the night drop and that worked well and their service and making me feel comfortable with their work more then made up for it as well as the $500 that I saved over what the dealer quoted me!

I wanted to reply reguarding the above review. We all remember this custumer. She was hard to forget , especially since somone claiming we are dishonest is not something that happens to us. As the story goes she had problems with her last shop too. Except they had put in the wrong coolant. She did not pay for a flush, as noted on her bill, (which I did refund in full) and was standing there with her "mechanic" when I showed her that the correct fluid was indeed in the car. I dont fault the custumer as much as her mechanic who in my opion I would not have hired to wash cars. She was just going on what he told her. When I went to show them the corect fluid was in the car he accused me of having the bulb full of pink coolant before I tested their coolant, so I showed them again and that time they said I must have put a lot of the right coolant in the expansion tank. When suggested that they run the engine after we removed the little residual old coolant they said no. At this point it was obvious that she would not be happy reguardless what we showed them or did. I will not go into all the details but feel free to chk our reviews on any other site and you will see that we are very well liked. We have been in business for decades, all of our employees have also been in the business for 15 to 30 years. We know Volkswagen and Audis for service as well as all european imports for parts.

Pros: note from the owner

These guys tried to tell me they gave my car a radiator flush (a previous mechanic had put in the wrong fluid, green color, and I wanted it changed) when they actually did no more work than charge my card. I picked up the car after BowWow worked on it and the fluid was STILL green (correct fluid should be pink). They tried to tell me it just floated to the top. I asked a mechanic friend about this, and he told me that if they did a pressure flush, which is what I paid for, there should be no remaining old fluid.

I brought my friend in with me when I demanded a refund. The owner tried to "show" us that the fluid further down was pink by sucking some up, but when asked to do it again, he got angry and yelled at us. The reason he got angry is b/c he had prefilled the bulb with pink fluid to trick us, and he couldn't reproduce the trick a second time with us watching! It was outrageous. I got a refund, but only because I brought a man, also a mechanic, it with me. These guys are the worst examples of a mechanic, and I wouldn't trust them any further than I could throw 'em. Buyer beware!
