Great job. They are professionals. I hired them to replace the old plumbing in and around my house, and they did a fantastic job. If I'll be needing any more plumbing services in the future I'll call them without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

I would never recommend Steve's plumbing for their outrageous prices. First when they arrived, they tried to sell me a yearly contract at $14.95/month, then they did a free inspection and tried to sell me for $2000+ of preventive

Steve's Plumbing LLC really knows their business! They are honest, reliable and fast. I found them online and called them and took the time to explain in detail everything that had to be done and answer any questions I had. He sent someone over the next morning and the job was done that a.m.. I can't say enough good things about them. It was painless. Thanks Steve's Plumbing LLC

I chose to use Steve??s Plumbing because it is a family owned business and I wanted to support that. In the end, Steve ended up taking advantage of my family and made me regret trying to support his family business.
The first time that I used Steve??s Plumbing was a pleasant experience (or so I thought at that time). The owner, Steve, himself came out to tend to my home??s plumbing needs. He spent quite a bit of time checking out the entire home??s plumbing and made some suggestions. The main reason that I had called was due to a leaking kitchen faucet. The faucet ended up needing to be replaced and I chose to purchase a Grohe brand ??Ladylux? faucet that Steve had in his truck. The faucet is very nice and I am happy with it. However, months later, after having a terrible experience with Steve??s plumbing, I found out that I had paid much more than I should have for that faucet. Steve charged me $1,034.00 for the Grohe Ladylux. I recently saw in a Costco add that the same faucet is $399.00 and is on sale for $299.00! Boy, did I get scammed! I understand charging a bit more for the convenience of having the part readily available, but not $635.00 more than its regular price. My total bill for the first visit was just over $1,600.00. Steve replaced a couple of other small items that I??m sure I got charged far too much for as well. I had also purchased a ??Diamond Club? membership for $120.00, which saved me $60.00 for that visit and promised such things as a 15% discount on future repairs, two year warranty extension, etc...
A few months later, I called on Steve??s Plumbing again for trouble with one of our toilets. I had gutted it and replaced the inside components, but then it wouldn??t fill. The only thing I didn??t do was replace the water supply connector because I thought, ??It can??t be that easy.? Well, it turned out to be that easy. I had stirred up some sediment when I gutted the toilet and that ended up clogging the supply line (the line that goes from the toilet to the wall). My husband ended up dealing with Steve??s plumbing on this occasion because I was out of town. They didn??t show up and then told my husband that they had no record of an appointment. Eventually, after speaking with Steve??s wife (who I had made the appointment with) they recalled that I had made an appointment. So, they showed up several hours late wasting my husband??s day. One would think that they would discount or waive the service call fee, but that didn??t happen, which is not a huge deal, but is somewhat annoying.
The following is what really made my husband and I upset:
One of Steve??s employees came out to fix our toilet (he was a very pleasant individual). He quickly determined that the water supply connector needed to be replaced. We were charged $57.00 for the part. It would have been $66.00 without our ??Diamond Club? membership. The entire bill was just over $130.00. When I got home and found out how much we had been charged for the part and thought that it sounded excessive. After checking three different online stores, I found that the same part that was installed (Fluidmaster 9? water supply connector) by Steve??s sells for $3.99 elsewhere. I was very unhappy with the markup (1,400% markup) and asked that my husband inquire with Steve about it. My husband called and politely told Steve that we were unhappy with the markup and asked him if he believed it was a fair price to charge. Steve was enraged and began yelling at my husband. He said that we were paying for his company??s expertise (Isn??t that was the service call fee is for?). We weren??t looking for a refund. If Steve did feel it was a fair price to charge then we were not going to use Steve??s Plumbing again. My husband told him that we wouldn??t call upon his business in the future if he felt it was okay to charge $66.00 for a $3.99 part. Steve told us that he didn??t want to do work in our home ever again and that he would give us a full refund. He also said that the warranties for all of the work that he had previously done in our home would no longer be valid. We reported him to the Better Business Bureau and he then decided that he would reinstate the warranties for the previous work.
Steve is a very unprofessional businessman (Who yells at a customer that expresses their disappointment in the markup of their products?!!!). He is out there to rip off the unsuspecting consumer. We will never call on Steve??s Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs and hope that this review spares another family from what we went through.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give them less than one star, I would.

We had a problem with our water meter swaying, and no visible leak. We checked all the toilets, and found they were fine. Getting a recommendation from a friend, we called Steve's Plumbing. They came out the next day for a $59 service fee. Within minutes, the nice, friendly plumber had diagnosed the problem as the expansion tank on our hot water heater. He told us it needed to be removed, and wrote up an invoice for $199. I signed it, thinking it was a bit steep, but was even more appalled when I watched him unscrew the tank and screw in the hose in less than five minutes! The guy made $287 in ten minutes time! TOTAL RIP OFF!!

I called Steve, the owner... and he was a total jerk! This came after a week of seething about the $300 5-minute repair. I decided to call around to get some quotes (SIX of them). One guy said it would be $39.95 tops. The price ranged to the high end of $125, including the service call fee. I was pissed! So I called Steve's, ever so politely, and asked about their charges. He said that they provide a service that is just so good that they can do it that fast, and that their minimum charge is $199 + $60 service call, regardless of the job. Because the other places charge by the quarter-hour, he said there was no guarantee that any of the other plumbers would have been able to do it that fast and it could have taken them a lot longer. I said that even if the other incompetent plumber had taken an hour to do what he did in five-minutes, I still would have saved $100. He said, "Sorry, but you are paying for your time and our excellent service." Whatever! So much for their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
