I went into Dick Hannah Honda hoping to buy a G35. After running my credit, we realized it wouldn't work out that day. My salesman, Mark Cortez, was extremely helpful and has since kept me posted on cars I might be interested in, without driving me nuts. All in all it was a good shopping experience.

I was on the market for a used/new car due to an accident. I went to Dick Hannah honda in search for a honda element... I was about to look at figures when I came across the honda insight. After leaving and doing a lot of research I came back where Joe Lowry worked with me and helped me. He worked it out with the rest of his team and now I am driving my new car!!! I am very greatful. A friend of mine moved from overseas with her daughter and needed a car. We started looking for a Honda dealer who can work with folks who don't speak very good english and was willing to work with us. We ran into Saeed Anwar who has a back ground of interacting with lot of newly migrants to USA. He took time to understand the needs of my friend and never made her feel that she has a language problem. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a sales person who listens and gives straight answers. Thank for all your Help Saeed.

My Wife and I are looking to buy a second car soon because I am starting school and my wife needs our car for work and driving around with family. The sales rep Joe was very friendly and helpful he knew alot about the cars on the lot and help up narrow down our search with out being pushy. We did not buy a car yet but are planing to in the near future and when we do return to Dick Hannah to buy I will be talking to Joe.

I am not one to enjoy buying a car, or used car in this case, however my visit to this car dealership was different.
I got to the dealership and one of the salesmen, a Mark Cortez, was so low pressure. I told him that I was looking for a Honda Accord, cause of the gas mileage, etc, and Mark was extremely helpful! He told me the ups and the downs of each car. He was VERY informative, something you don't normally get from a car dealer. He let me look around and wasn't hovering around me neck! But was close by if I had a question.. He didn't wander off I mean, to another customer, going for the all might dollar. I felt important! I felt like he gave me my space to make my decision but he had given me all the information I needed to make the correct decision. He wasn't aggressive or trying to be overly persausive. IT was all together just a different feeling that I got from him than I did other dealerships I have been to.
Though I didn't buy a car this day, I will be back to by a car from this saleman.. Simply based on his atittude and approach.. I don't normally write reviews, ever really but I really, really enjoy the visit. I will be back!

As this was our first time to buy a car, they made us feel welcomed and listened to what we wanted in a car.
We wheeled and dealed and felt that they gave us a very excellent price.
The team was very personable and excellent in communicating what we didn't know about buying a car! I would definitely recommend a friend to them.

I've always had a positive experience with Dick Hannah Honda service shop. I get all of my service done on my Honda Civic through them and I've never had a bad experience.
One thing that would be nice, is to be able to schedule a detail on my car on Saturday.
Other than that, no complaints.

I took my 2007 Honda Civic in for an oil/lube. As This is also an opportunity to find out if everything is ok on the vehicle. They did the service and I received a Vehicle Inspection sheet saying everything was good. All the tires were marked green and with no wear. A few weeks later I find out the tires are down to the metal. There could have been a serious incident. Technician ticked the boxes blindly. I will not return.

Just wanted to share how much I enjoyed the buying experience at Dick Hannah Dodge /Chrysler Jeep. I stopped by on Saturday, Oct 10 and looked around a bit. Scotty quickly helped make me feel very comfortable and was really easy to talk with. He listened and went right to work looking for the cars which fit my criteria. On Sunday he spent nearly four hours with me, and worked with me on my trade-ins. He made me feel valued. He and the loan officer were very patient and helped explained the process. They even offered helpful loan ideas . It has been a while since I purchased a car and they made this experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Scotty and the great folks at Dick Hannah. I won't hesitate to start there the next time around.

I came in and looked around hoping to purchase a CRV.We test drove the one i liked and after spending 2 hours with me, unfortunataly my credit wasnt good enough. He then helped to council me on how to rebuild my credit so that hopefully when i get my taxes back I will go back to Hannah and buy from Dave...

Sometimes knowledge, personality and a great sense of humor can mean more to a customer than price, even in these hard economic times. When you feel like you made a connection, and I did with your employee, Corey Akins, this will be the reason that I will personally recommend this Toyota dealership, because they can all repair cars, but it's how you are treated that counts. Other employees worth mentioning are Dan Zeka, Cameron and Barbara at the check-out desk. If you live in Vancouver it's worth the drive to Kelso.

I was having trouble writing a review on the web site so please take this as a big compliment for Brent. Brent was very easy to work with, at first when he called me from my ad on Craigslist I was very hesitant to bring my Cadillac down for trade or purchase. After talking with him a couple times on the phone I decided to see what he could do for me. He handled the transaction in a very kind and professional manner not pushy which I liked a lot. After I left the lot with the new car he followed up to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I've had a couple issues and have approached him with some concerns, he again has addressed the issues in a timely manner and had the answer for me right away. I wish him all the luck in his new job as I know he will only get better with experience. Thank you, Tammy Folden

I had been to D. Hannah Honda recently on several occasions looking for a small pickup truck. It was not until the fifth visit that I finally was able to locate a truck that worked for me. Brent worked with me and was able to get me a very fair price on the truck. He definitely had my best interest in mind. After the purchase, he even delivered my new truck to my front door. Since then, he has called to check in with me and has shown a genuine kindness. I recently lost my auto check report he had given me and he was more than willing to print a new one for me. Thank you.

I recently came in looking to buy a used vehicle and Hadam was very helpful. Although I did not qualify for a loan I appreciated how he put a great deal of effort into trying to put me in a car. When i have the money to buy, I will be back to honda to deal with Hadam.

I just want to say that Dick-Hannah Honda is so people friendly. Right when I drove up to service to bring my mother's vehicle in, there was someone there ready to greet me. I felt like I was a VIP client. They made sure that I had not other concerns other then what my mom made the appointment for. When my mom's vehicle was finished they gave my mom a call with a break down of what was done on her accord. I will always make sure my mom continues to bring her vehicle to Dick-Hannah Honda. I would also recommend it to everyone i know. Thank you Dick-Hannah Honda.

When I brought my Honda CRV in the Dick-Hannah Honda to get my service done. They we're fast in getting it done and they didn't make me wait too long before they took my car in. I was just a walk in and they accommodated me with open arms. It made me feel special. They are friendly and I will continue to go back to Dick-Hannah Honda. Also, John Dancu you are the best!

I almost never give a full positive rating. Especially for a car dealership.
That being said, Scott Doyle at Dick-Hannah Honda earned that rating. In my opinion he was the perfect salesman. He let the Honda Pilot do the selling and just answered questions and pointed out features for me.
Scott went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable, and that the process was moving along.
Scott has great product knowledge, and was able to answer all my questions right away, or look up the answer quickly.
He was able to get the roof-rack installed before I left the lot.
I can't say enough good things about Scott, or Dick-Hannah Honda. I'll certainly recommend them to anyone I know lookin' to buy a car.
More importantly I'll be going back to them when it comes time to replace my Pilot.

Dave was my salesman today, by far the best employee I have worked with at Hannah. Not exactly sure what I wanted that would fit my needs and my budget Dave walked me threw the whole inventory. He was knowledgeable about every car. Dave was patient and did not hurry me to choose, and I left feeling like I got not only what I needed but also a car I really like.

I have watched my parents buy cars my entire life-- but being a recent college graduate, today was my first time in the driver's seat (to use a corny analogy). My dad and I went into the day not knowing what to expect, but after many dealerships, and way too many over-the-top salesmen, Brandon was a diamond in the rough.
Not only did Brandon work to meet my postgraduate, first-job-low budget, but he was very personable and kind-- we talked about everything from football to archaeology. He really took the time to explain loans and logistics to me REALISTICALLY and truthfully. I feel so blessed to have had this experience...AND my new car ROCKS and ended up fitting into my budget, and the financing plan that I needed. Go to Brandon, at Hannah Volkswagon, SERIOUSLY!

Overall it was a great experience. Our salesman Titan was very helpful and really tried to work with us. We went in not entirely certain we would be coming home with anything more than a slightly newer clunker of a car than we had, and ended up with a great car. My only problem was that when we gave them the amount we could pay, it seemed that the finance dept paid no mind to that at all. In their defense, they had a very small amount of down (our trade in) to work with so they really did a pretty good job. In the end, we worked it out and are pleased with our new car and with the service that we received. We will definitely return when the time comes for a new car.

I am a first time car buyer and am looking for my first car. I recently visited Dick_Hannah Honda in Vancouver and had a real pleasant experience. My salesperson Betty was very helpfull and gave me a lot of good information on the different cars on the lot. I will defenitely come back to this dealership when I am ready to buy my car.

My husband and I recently bought our first new car. We were a little nervous about the whole experience, since we'd never worked with a dealership before and we were also trying to trade in our old car for the Cash for Clunkers program, which adds alot of paperwork.
We chose this dealer because our research indicated that they offered the best price on the car we wanted (CR-V) so we went in already knowing what price we wanted to negotiate with. Our salesperson was Saeed and he really helped calm our fears and lead us through the process fully and methodically. He has a great, dry sense of humor and, as a former engineer, a deep knowledge of cars.
I noticed that some of the younger salesmen tended to yell across the sales floor at their clients when they wanted to start talking to them but were still too far away. Saeed never did that; he waited until he was right in front of you and then looked in your eyes and talked with a smile. I appreciated that courtesy. Plus, when we went in to pick up our car and finish up the paperwork, it was late in the afternoon after a long day and he offered to order in some food. He checked in with us frequently during the waiting times and even took a picture of us in front of our new car. Plus he's funny and a bit irreverent.
I would definately work with him again and I recommend that others ask for him as well.

I had looked for my car for a long time after my Integra was stolen and Titan took the time (over several months) to track down the perfect Type S for me.
The deal was easy and I made a great buy. Now my RSX is getting customized more as I just had to deal with the collision center and get my hood replaced. It only took a few days and my car was on the road again good as new. I'm pleased to recommend Hannah Honda and Titan if they want a Honda or Acura.

We found the car on the internet and contacted Hannah Honda, getting in touch with Saaed Anwar. He worked hard in answering our questions and concerns and even took a video where we could look the car over before we saw it in person. He helped guide us in the pruchase process and we wer comforatble working with him. We drove 200 miles with the understanding that if we didn't like the car or get a deal we likes, we would leave, Saaed work with us and the dealership and we were very pleased with our purchase and felt we were treated fairly and honestly. Joe carter helped get us an extended warranty we can use. We will recommend Saaed Anwar to others looking for a car and will be back for our automotive needs. Thank you Saared!

Working with Kevin at Hannah was pretty painless. He is a pleasant man and interesting to talk to. Buying a car shouldn't be an long ordeal and Kevin did everything he could to keep the process moving along. I think previewing the vehicles on-line made it even easier. Let's hear it for progress.

I bought a car from Hannah Honda January 2009. The battery died 3 times in the first month I owned the car and 2 out of 3 of those incidents Hannah?s ?roadside assistance" failed to respond within 2 hours so, I had to call my sons to rescue me. I brought the car to Hannah service center at the scheduled 10:00 AM appointment for a new battery, by 4:00 PM that same day the service was still not done and in addition I was told the warranty does not apply to the battery, "Neither the mfg warranty or the $2,700.00 extended warranty I purchased in addition." Hannah Honda Service Manager refused -yes, refused to honor either warranties and did not even have the integrity to speak to me face-to-face. I more than adequately voiced my frustrations and asked the girls at the service counter to return my keys to me. Neither of the girls claimed to know where my keys were and refused to try to find them for me. 30 minutes later; 6.5 hours of my Saturday and a 36 month battery, plus service cost me $250.00.
AutoZone = 36 month battery plus labor $80.00
After feeling a complete fool for trusting the "Hannah Motors" name and being ridiculously ripped-off for a warranty that apparently only applies to new "tires for life" -I needed the oil changed. Skeptical and praying for God's covering from further dishonest business, God made his way and blessed me with an honest young man who did the oil change in two hours and only charged me for an oil change (ironic). The man's name is Adam Baker. I wish Hannah motors could be as selective in future employee selections.
Great job Adam! Continue to be a good example of an honest day?s work. You will always be able to look into your little girls eyes with pride in knowing you provider for her with integrity despite your current employer?s business ethics.

In particular, one salesman, Scott Doyle, made sure he understood what we wanted. We came in with explicit requirements (model, color, features, etc.) and we just wanted to quickly get our new car. He performed his searches and communicated to us by phone and email. Our time in the office signing the papers was 'brief'; about an hour to an hour and a half.

I was really happy about the services provided by the people in Hannah Honda, especially Kevin Kooistra. He was very patient, answered all my questions. When I asked him whether I can come back the next day to take my new car back, he just drove the new car to my home. I really appreciate the services provided by Hannah Honda.

I had already walked off of 3 car dealerships in one day before coming to DHannah Honda. It was around 9:30pm when my husband and I planned to do a drive through after hours. Leslie McCulley (or I called him Lester. :) came to greet us. I explained what I had just been through and advised that if I was short mannered with him, that was why. He stated he understood. I walked by my 2003 Honda Accord and liked it. He offered to just run the numbers for me. I agreed. He came back very fast with a better price on the car and payments that were comfortable for me. We came back the next morning at opening and purchased my car. Leslie left a prior engagement early to meet us. The entire experience, from sales to finance was great. I never felt pressured, unmcomfortable or uneasy about anything.
Also, an employee named Scott who was working with Leslie was great as well. We dealt with him originally. He took my "wish list" and did an inventory check for me. The next day or so he called with 2 vehicles I might have been interested in. Although, I wasn't able to see them immediately the customer service was great. I would recommend DHannah Honda any day. I would give them a 5 out of 5.

I want to write about a great car purchase I made at D Hannah Honda. After going through some rough times and not having the best credit I was not sure what was in store for me in regards to car shopping. I want to thank Scott Doyle and the staff for working with me. I now own a car that is perfect for myself and my kids too. I recommend these guys if you are looking for help getting a car.

When we first met Betty Ramachandran she istantly connected with our family. You could tell that she really liked her job and was only interested with what our family needed. She never pressured us and made things crystal clear. Mrs. Ramachandran also stayed with our family all the way to the end. She helped us understand the process and what every little detail meant.
We really appreciate all of what she has done for us, and we recommend anyone looking to buy a vechical new or used to request Betty Ramachandran. Another great thing about her is that she can speak spanish very well, so there wont be a barrier if you may not speak english very well. We thank Betty a whole lot for all of the care she has given us and we are very happy with the purchase we have made.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CRV from Hannah Honda at Vancouver Auto Mall and can't say enough good things about the experience. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous, especially the salesman with whom I worked, Jason Carter. After spending a good deal of time negotiating with me very fairly (and I wasn't easy!), the purchase was finalized and I was a very happy customer. Even though the business had closed fr the day by this point, Jason spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car, satisfactorily answering questions and never rushing me. Prior to my purchase, I had made contact with the Honda dealers in Portland and felt Hannah was the most professional. As an example, when I mentioned to Jason that one Portland salesman made a negative remark about Hannah, I was impressed that he didn't retaliate with a negative comment about that dealership. That, in my book, is class! I can't recommend Jason and Hannah Honda enough!

We requested internet bids from 5 dealers. Hannah Honda responded quickly and they had the exact Honda CRV LX that we wanted. Paul was absolutely courteous, fun to work with, and he worked a deal for us that we were very satisfied with. The finance guy (forgot his name), helped us get even better financing than we were originally expecting. The car was ready for us, clean, and my wife loves driving it. We can definitely recommend the folks at Hannah for future buyers.
