When I graduated college 5 or so years ago I took a job working for a small company that specialized in hand therapy. A majority of our referrals were from NEOS. I've seen things that area doctor's had done to people and I would trust my bone, tendons and joints to NEOS and only NEOS. I would rather wait for them then have surgery right away. I hold them in that high esteem! Oh, but the wait can be ridiculous at times just as a heads up.

I jjust thought to let you know that my carpal tunnel was difficult last time and i decided to go to see a different doctor. I think that your doctors are decent people but you just dont get it.

My husband just had knee surgery a couple of weeks ago. He saw Dr. Sklar at New England Orthopedics and he was wonderful. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Office was very clean and had lots of good magazines. My husband is recovering well thanks to Dr. Sklar.

We had a fairly good experience using NEOS for my sons' skiing accident. The doctors were great but some of the business services left a little to be desired. We had some problems with our insurance because the office staff did not pay attention to the details.

Our daughter needed surgery for an injury from two years ago. The first surgeon left our daughter with so many problems. We were told that she needed to live with the pain. We went to NEOS and saw Dr. McDonald. He specializes with ankles and feet. He quickly found the problems and fixed them. She is doing much better. He was very kind and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this place.

We recently had to bring our son there with an injured knee. Dr. Sklar was very professional, yet encouraging. He answered all of our questions and offered advice. We had to wait weeks to get in, but once there, did not feel rushed. We had been told that he is a very "athlete friendly" orthopedic doctor who is interested in getting the athlete playing again as soon as possible.

They are not your friends. Their staff is mean.
They were not helpful . I waited weeks to go and feltthat they were not helpful to me. I wish i went elsewhere
