Hostile

We called to ask some basic information like is it a home based daycare, what is the ratio of children to care givers. This person became immediately defensive and hostile. These are the same questions we've asked everyone while searching for daycare. No one has reacted like this. She basically hung up. If this is how she treats potential parents, I wouldn't let her near my child with a 10 foot poll
Cons: Very hostile

Such a wonderful place

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Therese at daycare. It was her first time in a daycare/school setting and it was such a positive environment. Therese is wonderful. She spends a lot of energy with the children, teaching them letters, spelling, art, songs and dance. My daughter came out of her shell these past two years and I credit that to Therese and the other children. She made great friends and all the activities had a great impact on her confidence. She would come home and tell me about all the things she did that day. Therese has a beautiful day care center with an adorable indoor school house and a nice big yard for bikes and swings. My daughter has graduated to kindergarten (will be going to 1st grade this year) and is at the top of her class. We still keep in touch with Therese who is such a great resource to us. I am very appreciative of all she has done for our family.
Pros: Fun, nurturing environment
Cons: None
