I called Caspers on Saturday and they responded promptly and showed up within 24 hours, on a weekend none the less, to clean our windows before the Sunday birthday party. He removed 15 years worth of water spots that were heavily caked and sun-baked on. It appeared as if he replaced the glass; that is how clean they look now

Casper's came to my house and did a great job. They removed all my water spots and also cleaned my blinds. I will most likely be having them do my office as well.
