DON??T LIVE HERE IT IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! UNSAFE! Incredibly dissatisfied and unhappy & couldn??t wait to leave. At a loss for words. Appearance is nice, the issues underneath are overwhelming. Building is poorly constructed, the mgmt is HORRIBLE at addressing issues/concerns, and the people that they allow to rent here are disrespectful, obnoxious and rude. Most expensive place we have ever lived, and we have never been more dissatisfied.
-poor follow up of mgmt (CARRIE, JAMES, ETC)
ocommon response is ALWAYS ??we are working on it? first 5 times asked; this is the classic case of finally getting so frustrated with asking for a resolution that you just give up all together, similar to calling customer service and never really getting through to a human being
oworkers in office have no respect for current residents, more concerned with impressing new clients
opoor communication between mgmt when you report a complaint to one person, you typically have to report it all over to another person
omy last phone call to mgmt ended with them saying ??I will take it personally? and hanging up on me while I was talking
omgmt didn??t honor my last appt to do a walk through of the apt before move out and didn??t call to tell me what final charges would be deducted from my deposit after failing to make the appointment
-poor apt features/amenities
obad appliances ?? dryer would take 3 cycles x 90 min to get clothes dry
oventilation ?? smoke detector goes off EVERY TIME YOU COOK OR EVEN JUST OPEN THE OVEN DOOR; I have burned my hand once and food several times because I have been distracted and had to stop cooking to address the smoke detectors; and both of us would have to stand there and fan the smoke detectors; this occurs throughout the building because you can hear smoke detectors going off in other apts all over the facility on a daily basis
?called the emergency maintenance person who recommended that we just turn off the circuit breakers to the smoke detectors ?? VERY UNSAFE
oLeaks ?? pipes from our kitchen sink caused a leak within our first month here; they came in and took cabinets off and tore out all the drywall, let it dry for several days and didn??t come fix/replace it to normal condition for weeks after until we called several times
-Cleanliness
ono trash cans in apt common areas for first 3 months residing here, asked mgmt for trash cans (trash EVERYWHERE in parking garage and mail room for weeks)
opoor maintenance of trash cans (mgmt hung a flyer on everyone??s door instructing US to ??carry trash up to the apt? rather than maintenance doing their job of emptying trash on a daily basis, remember this is AFTER we had to request trash cans in common areas for months)
-Poor screening of residents
oconstantly broken pool cue sticks
oresidents will often invite multiple people/friends over to use pool/common areas (so much to the point we believe that people are living here without being listed on the lease); we have actually met people in the clubroom who don??t live here or know anyone who does live here at all, just knock on the door/window to use the facilities and have been let in; every weekend consistently, 1 huge birthday party held with tons of people who don??t live here taking up all of the pool/hot tub and yard
owriting on elevator doors (profanity written in black marker)
oloud music throughout day from various residents blasting music with doors/windows open
ofrequent police activity here!!!

oMULTIPLE CAR BREAK INS in PARKING GARAGE
osecurity has taken up to TWO hours to respond to complaints
ono communication between security and our mgmt (have to inform mgmt about the issue days later even though we had called security who said they would alert mgmt,
omgmt does not do anything to fine/address issues with the residents because they say it does not cause harm or damage to the property
MB falsely advertises the true essence of the experience. The pictures should depict the firepit without fire, overflowing trash cans, the pool full of tons of people who don??t live here, with all their kids having a neighborhood birthday party on the premises, ten or more children dive bombing and belly flopping into the hot tub with a dog pissing in it. The few residents who are left to try to enjoy the remaining chairs will have disoriented and disgruntled looks on their face with either headphones on trying to drown out the sounds of the public pool and the fire alarms going off, while attempting to cover their electronics from being splashed by the water guns or a random football being tossed at them by accident. We complain non stop and nothing changes. HATED EVERY DAY HERE! UNSAFE!

" Live Well, Live Rich, Live In Filth"

Current Resident for the past 9 months, Where do I begin,,, Let??s start with the 1) Office Staff and Appearance-----Manager Carrie Jeffords. This Red Head Carrot Top B@#&^ would not know how to rent a movie less on an apartment. She would better off working a video store! She has no previous management skills or common sense at that. Her concern is sitting in the rental office than walking the grounds to see the filth in the trash areas, common concrete hallways, dog s*@it throughout the grass and common walkways. The assistant, Mel Blake, this tight lumpia eating b&%#( focus is getting more rice-eating tenants as renters making it have that back home "Manila" feeling. She is good for one thing and one thing only, Belittling People. So unprofessional! Last but not least, James "The Troll" has as much experience as my parrot as a leasing agent. The atmosphere the 3 or them paint about the apartments is far from the truth. What you see upon initial contact with them is not what you get once you take that leap of faith and move into this MIRAGE of beauty on the outside and pile filth on the inside.

2) Safety and Parking---- How can they (the office) honestly present this apartment complex to be safe. THEY CANNOT. Call your local police station and ask how many cars have been stolen and vandalized since their doors first opened. Security makes one trip around during the night (never leaving the car) and heads out to the next scheduled location. There is NO DESIGNATED PARKING on either of the two levels, being the supposedly security gates which are broken 99.8% of the time, unknown people sitting in cars at night watching as people pull in to park, there are no cameras on the 2nd level parking structure, there are only 2 on the 1st level parking structure to be conveniently located at the entrance and exit only, and women BE AWARE when parking on the levels!!! Anyone could attack at any moment and there would be NO ONE to HELP, HEAR, or even SEE YOU. VERY UNSAFE and SCARY!!!!

#3 Maintenance and Noise Level------The TOP DOG, the Maintenance Supervisor or shall we call him BOB De VILLA of Mira Bella who sits on his ass in the office all day long. He could not screw a light bulb with getting a work order from the 3 dizzy bastards in the office. That could take 72 hours to complete 4 turns of a light bulb. The cleanup crews will appears only around the office and never ventures to the remaining interior parts of the complex (4 floors) to sweep, pick up trash, mop spills out of the hallways concrete floors, clean out the trash rooms with the bugs and maggots reside. Sometimes, I wish I could live as the bugs do,,,for free in filth.

4) Condition of Unit,,, IKEA has a better selection of appliances. The shower head does not sit centered in the wall but to the left or right side. More water hits the floor than your body. The vents over the stove does not vent out the smoke! The smoke is blow through the unit which causes the smoke alarm in the unit and throughout all four floors. Daily we have evacuations because of the shortcuts and shortfalls of the construction of this building. AND THEY SAY, THIS A SMOKE FREE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!You would be amazed when viewing the units upon your visit. Grab a camera and/or a notepad to mark all the flaws you see.

5) OVERALL,,, I would not recommend this place to the HOMELESS. They too could see the filth from afar.

Recently, they had the nerves to ask us residents to complete surveys called ??REACT NOW". I think if we all reacted together, they would not have a job!!!!
