We had an emergency hot water heater issue the morning that we were leaving town for vacation. We frantically searched for a company to repair it before we left. Most companies were not able to send someone out right away. The Honest Plumber managed to fit us in - they worked around our schedule and were able to repair the problem immediately. In the future any plumbing issue that we have we will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. Wonderful company and wonderful people.

Not a plumbers-crack company. Clean, uniformed plumber arrived in a well-marked company van. Very professional in apprearance and nice plumber. Assisted me with problem-solving the clogged drains in the bathrooms and kitchen. He explained several options to me. I never felt pressured but instead felt he was there to help with clearing the line so family-life could get back to normal. I was given a very reasonable written price. The work was completed as agreed upon. I was very impressed with the service provided.

There was no extra charge for night service. I wasnt looking forward to taking a cold shower. This company replaced my water heater at 11:00 at night. I didn't have to pay extra for this great service. Thank you Honest plumber for helping us.

Arrived on time, was efficient and clean. Diagnosed the clog and showed me the problem with a camera. I never felt pressured and was offered a great price to unclog the mainline. I will use the Honest plumber again

Every toilet and drain was backedup with no chance of draining. I tried to fix it myself using a snake with no luck. Honest Plumber came out after 7:00 PM to rescued me and the family. No extra charge for after hours and great service. Wife is a teacher and we got a discount.

Wife put too much down garbage disposal and it became clogged, backed up both sinks and leaked all over kitchen floor. What a mess. Honest Plumber came out at night to clear the drain. Mark left the area cleaner than he found it. I will call them again.

Our upstairs condo had a leak that the owner below told us about. I feared a very expensive repais -- ceiling being removed, looking at pipes and whtever else. Honest Plumber took a look and within seconds figured out the problem. No holes in the ceiling. He replaced something in the bath tub and calked it for me. Fast service and very honest. I was lucky as someone else would have charged me more saying it was worse than it was.

I had a water leak from the meter to my house. The city said I was responsible. First company gave me a price that was more than I was willing to pay. Honest Plumber gave me a reasonable, fair price. great service.

The shut off by the master toilet were not tightened down by the handymen that installed our toilet. As a result, the bathroom, bedroom, closet and hall were floded. Honest Plumber came out within 30 minutes of my call and replaced the angle stops, made sure everything was tight. He assured me I would not have the problem again. While there, I had him replace the kitchen sink faucet. Very reasonable in price. Nice guy.

Coming home from church today, Sunday, our family found the water heater left water in the hallway, bedroom closet and garage floor. With a family of 4 children and all the laundry, bathing and dishes that require hot water, I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get help. The Honest Plumber immediately came out, did not charge me extra for a Sunday call, and replaced my water heater for a wonderful price. He even helped clean the mess in the garage and took away the old water heater. Very nice service at Honest Plumber. I highly recommend this company and want to share this with others.

Two other plumbers said I needed $4,500 to clear my mainline from the tree roots. Honest Plumber showed me where the problem was with their camera, gave me a written cost to repair the line that was way below the other 2 men, and cleared the line. I was happy I saved big money with the Honest Plumber. My church friend recommended them and now I know why.

My toilet and shower were clogged. Drano and a plunger didn't fix the problem. Honest Plumber came out within minutes of my emergency call and cleared the line. Nice plumber and very reasonable. No extra charge for an emergency. I will call them again if I need a plumber!!!

This company lives up to its name. Plumber diagnosed the problem wirth the mainline and cleared it . Shower and sinks are now emptying. Tree rooots were the problem--saw it on the camera. Fair price with excellent service.

Plumber came right out to unclog the shower drain. Very efficient and didn't try to up-sale. Nice, clean in appearance. Company van and uniform -- great image and great service.

I too like to save money but want the best service and product. I had 3 quotes for jetting my main line. Honest Plumber was best price by far. They got the job done without any problems. Lived up to their name. Will call them for other plumbing problems.

My plumbing issue was resolved quickly. I was provided with an estimate on the work being done before the job was started. My technician, Mark I believe, was professional and very clean. I will use their service again.
