Azari Property Management

Azari pm prepared my house for re-rental, did a fine beautiful job! My house hasnt been touched for over 20 years. Now the house is immaculate and in a great rentable condition within the reasonable cost. Inna was very helpful and caring, Brandon worked well with me and ran the construction project smoothly.

I have been an owner/manager of my own property for 30 years, so choosing a property management company was a very difficult decision. My first meeting with Azari Properties was with Inna Pinkhasova and Yong Zhi Wu, immediately I felt that I had chosen the right company.
Inna and Yong showed my property and found the ideal tenants. Inna is professional, patient and understanding. I trust her judgment on marketing and pricing, implicitly.
Brandon has been arbitrating between the tenants and myself to smooth out any difficulties so everyone is happy. I appreciate his straightforward no nonsense approach. He is just great at hearing everyones side and orchestrating a win-win solution.
Their accounting department helped to figure out how to prorate expenses among the tenants and everything was handled smoothly.
My overall satisfaction with Azari Properties is really a comment about Manzar herself. She is brilliant, efficient and always on the job. If I felt I had a crisis I could call Manzar and within 2 rings there she is assuring me that she will personally look into it and all is taken care of. She is so good at what she does, I cannot even find the words but to say Manzars standards are nothing less than the best. Her whole team works at a very high standard of excellence. It is challenging to let go of your personal control over a property that you love and have managed yourself for years, but if you are looking for a great company to help you out you cant go wrong with Manzar Properties. They are all I had hoped for and much more. They are like family.

Wow. Let me first start by saying, thank you again Azari Property Management for not only helping me find my amazing apartment but for helping with my transition to this new and exciting city. About a month ago I relocated from Charlotte, NC. Not knowing a single soul or anything about the city, I decided to go on Craig's list to look for an apartment. I found Azari Property Management, checked out the website and called. From the moment Manzar answered the phone I felt so much more comfortable about my move. I informed Azari Property Management of my arrival time and Manzar went as far as offering to pick me up from the airport! Knowing that I was in a major time crunch, she didn't want me to worry about finding a unit, so she offered me her loft to stay in temporarily until we found the perfect unit! Manzar was able to find me an amazing apartment within just a few days of my arrival to the city! I couldn't believe it. The apartment fit my every requirement except that it came semi-furnished. Among the many things that they were able to negotiate with the owner, one was having the furniture moved out since my furniture was already on its way over! I was stunned at how much time and dedication Azari Property Management put in this whole operation. I told them that I needed a lock on my window and the next day Manzar personally went to the hardware store and had someone install the lock for me! The day my furniture was being delivered she called and offered to come over to help me move everything in! I just can't say enough about how much Azari Property Management takes care of its clients. Words can't describe the dedication and sincerity that they offer.
I usually don't write reviews and actually never have but I couldn't go another day knowing that there may be other people who are in my same situation that I was in and who could use a company such as Azari Property Management. They truly go above and beyond.
Pros: Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and dedicated
Cons: They work too hard
