These people are scum. Imagine coming home and finding a "24 hours notice of intent to enter" under your door. They'll use your unit as a demo!! Worse than that, imagine coming home from vacation and finding a notice that they took strangers through your home. The building is overrun with drunk college punks and condo lease finder is vile. Run!!

Cons: party spot for spoiled college punks, vile leasing company
