Nobody does it better

I met Scott after a family member had refered him during a refinance earlier this year. They had also used Scott when they bought some years back and told me that he was super reliable. I was a first time home buyer with no idea about closing cost, title, insurance and all that fun stuff. Like most people i shopped around for the cheapest rate before meeting with Scott so I would have som gun powder going into his office. It took Scott less than 20 minutes to lock me into a much lower rate. (i was pre qualified in less than 15 minutes and we got the same rate as he told me the first time) His rates are low and most importantly so are the mortgage rate they gave me. I have told 3 friends who are in the market right now to contact him. Scott is 100% profesional, but he is not a dry broker with just dollar signs in his eyes. He followed up during every step. Believe me, he is on my speed dial now :) I Am not sure what else i can say about Scott, but there is no one else i would trust handling my mortgage!If you are buying or just refinancing, give him a call!
