I cannot rave enough about Melanie's eyebrow waxing at Faissage. I have blond eyebrows so I get them tinted and then waxed and Melanie did the perfect shade and shape for my skin tone and face shape. What distinguishes Melanie is that she understood how to create a brow shape that matched my facial features. I think other stylists tend to create the same brow for everyone (you know, that inverted "V" or the Cindy Crawford arch). But Melanie seemed to understand that that brow style doesn't work with my brow and my face shape. So I would say she?s got a great skill which sets her and her services apart from the rest.
Also, the space she works in has a comfortable and relaxing vibe. I really liked her personality, she is very sweet! The brow tint was $18 plus tip and I got complimentary eyebrow wax since it was my first visit. I don?t think that her prices are unreasonable at all if you are looking for good results (brows can make the face). I can?t wait to try her other services!!!

I am a spa lover but not a critique, but Faissage made me take some time off and write a review about this marvelous place and its beauty secrets! For business purposes I travel a lot and one of the things that keep the spirit alive in me is going to a spa and giving myself a well deserved treat. As a professional woman, my facial appearance is always very important to me. I have tried different spas and have used various products, but to be honest, I have never seen my skin glowing such after my last facial at Faissage. Melanie is an extremely professional, friendly and caring esthetician. The products she uses are mostly green and natural. I can say that I have finally found the best place for facials and can?t wait to return back to Portland after my business trips to go for a heavenly facial treatment at Faissage.
