A family gelateria, Fainting Goat Gelato is new the 45th strip of Wallingford. And oh, how excited we are to offer this lower-in-fat-and-calories ice cream option! Our gelato is hand-crafted by Yalcin, the dad and "magician" on site in the back of the cafe. We use orangic ingredients and support our local Washington dairy farms in Lynden. We offer a couple gelato alternatives for those who are lactose intolerant, the Goat Milk Gelato and several dairy free Fruit Sorbets. Sevim, the mom and recipe guru samples all our gelato to make sure it's absolutely mind blowing. You will see her behind the counter with a warm smile ready to help you get your sweet tooth fix.
