Fast Water Heater Company

My hot water heater started to leak so I decided to replace it before it rocketed through the roof of my garage and landed in my living room. I went to Home Depot to look for a high efficiency Energy Star certified replacement water heater and went with Home Depots recommendation (FAST Water Heater Company) for installation. What a shock, the installed cost was $1500.00 so I asked about installing one of the new high efficiency tankless demand-style hot water heaters instead. Id gotten estimates before but they ran to almost twice as much as the FAST estimate.

Ginger was a champ; she had someone out to do an estimate that same day even though their office is fifty miles away. Fortunately, the location where they needed to install the unit had ready access to electricity, natural gas lines, etc. and would only cost a few hundred dollars more than just replacing the old style water heater. (After all the tax incentives and rebates were deducted.) I had to pay the up-front costs and file for the rebates, but with Gingers help I had all the rebate paperwork done and submitted in a snap and have already received some of the rebates.

I decided on the tankless system to get unlimited hot water and save on energy at the same time. They had it installed and running the very next day. When they say FAST, they arent kidding.

Ive enjoyed unlimited hot water for two months now and because the unit is mounted up on the wall I gained more floor space in my garage as a bonus. I highly recommend FAST Water Heater Company. Call or email and ask for Ginger. (866) 673-9794

Recently bought a new water heater at Sears. Fast Water Heater was hired to install the new unit. The service level was excellent. Our old heater went out on a Friday and Fast was on hand to install the new one on Saturday. After determining they could not safely move our new 75 gallon and needed another guy, we were told the install would happen on Monday due to schedules of the extra person. Without having to ask, the tech got our old water heater back up and running (requiring 2 new parts) without charging us to get us through the weekend. Monday arrived and Fast had the extra guy here and the new unit was installed without issue. The techs were friendly, knowledgable, and honest. Our old water shutoff started leaking when it was turned back on and the tech could have easily pushed a new one on us (the old one must be at least 20 years old). Instead, he got the old one to stop leaking. These guys are honest, courteous, clean, and they know their stuff.

I recently had a new water heater installed by Fast Water Heater that I had purchased through Home Depot. I was impressed with the job the Fast Water Heater installer had done. He was very professional, a nice clean installation done to code and left my garage cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend them to anyone. Mark Libra, Portland, Oregon

I recently had a new water heater installed by Fast Water Heater Company and I must say I was quite impressed by their service. I bought the water heater through Home Depot and Fast performed the installation. They were on time, answered my questions, and did an excellent job of installing the water heater. They hauled off the old one and cleaned up when they were finished. They explained the reason for all the charges to my satisfaction. I would hire them again. Craig Forbes, Vancouver, WA
