Burt Subaru Service Dept.

I've been getting my car serviced at the Burt Subaru Service Dept since I bought it from Burt Subaru - oil changes, maintenance, and fixing weird noises. I'm not a car person. I don't know the first thing about cars and I really don't want to, so it is nice to take my car into somewhere I trust and i trust the people at Burt Subaru service department. They haven't done me wrong and they are always friendly.

Now I'm sure they are not the cheapest place in town to get your car fixed, but I am willing to pay a little bit more for piece of mind. The piece of mind that i won't be breaking down in the middle of the road in the middle of the night.

I normally drop my car off in the morning before work, take their complimentary shuttle (depending on how many other people are doing this it can take a while to use the shuttle - normally during the week it isn't bad. i tried to use the shuttle once on a weekend to get home and it took about 1 and 1/2 hours to get back (I live about 20 mins from the dealer) - got a great tour of Denver though), leave the car at the dealership all day and have a friend drop me off to pick up the car after work. If you like to wait at the place for your car, they also have a nice waiting room (which they upgraded recently) with comfy chairs and a TV. Or you can browse for a new car since it is a dealership too.

One Saturday a month (either the first or the last, I can't remember which) they do a new car orientation, so they don't take cars for Service. I always seemed to be trying to schedule coming in then, so that was another reason I switched to during the week.
