Dr. Jungjin Park- Bright Now! Dental Ctr

I was quite disappointed in my experience at Bright Now Dental. It took them about three weeks to get me in. When I arrived there was quite a few papers for me to fill out that they could have easily sent in advance. The area of town was not great and it was hard to find. I asked if they would do the exam before x-rays to avoid unnecessary radiation and Dr. Park looked at me like I was from a different planet. She then talked to me like I have an IQ of 50. I explained that I just moved here and had x-rays from my previous dentist recently, and all I wanted was a cleaning. Dr. Park's bedside manner was poor, overall. She didn't even ask my name or introduce herself. She just immediately began telling me about the importance of x-rays without even asking me why I preferred not to have one. Then she poked around (violently) in my mouth for a bit and said I would have to come back for x-rays and a cleaning. No one said they would do the exam and cleaning in TWO separate appointments. I would have preferred going somewhere where they do it all at once. I won't be returning.

I should note that the front desk staff seemed kind, as did the x-ray tech. All the support staff seemed great, it was just this doctor I was displeased with.
