Victor Roa @ Studio 355 Hair & Day Spa is the best in hair extensions. You don't know what pretty really feels like until you've had hair extensions by Victor. I love how he transforms my look each time I go in. He adds the hair, then does his stylist magic and give me a haircut that others notice. The new salon where he's working is great. He used to be at David's Beautiful People. I've been going to him since he started in the business and won't go anywhere else. If I did, it would be like I was cheating on him...sort of.
