I hired Leader Electric to repair a row of recessed lighting. The technician came out the day after I called them. He quickly identified the problem, went to pick up the needed supplies and returned to finish the job. The hourly rate quoted on the phone was in line with the final bill. I would recommend Leader for anyone looking for electrical repairs.

Very responsive. Nice and friendly to deal with from the very first contact. Informed me of the price up front. The electrician was running a little late, but he called me to let me know. (Not always the case in NYC...) The problem I had was solved very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Leader Electric again.

Everyone I spoke to there was helpful - but it took some time to figure out, from my description, what was wrong - and them make an appointment. But I found the personnel very knowledgeable and courteous. . .and the electrician who make the house call was speedy and precise.

My experience was very positive. I was uncertain about what lighting to select for my garden and Neil came to look at the space and give advice; he also advised me throughout the ordering of materials. The men who did the work were friendly, capable, and polite. I would call them again for any electrical work I need.

He was very courteous and I am sorry I do not need his help this time however I would ask him next time for sure for any problem with electricity I made mistake by pushing the button as very poor actually I meant very good.

They were all a pleasure to talk to and deal with. They were polite, friendly and helpful. They made an appointment and kept it. Nice electrician. He knew his stuff and got it done quickly and neatly. He even cleaned up after himself and mopped the floor. I am very happy with the lighting he installed - it looks great. I will use them again. Thumbs up! 5 stars.

Pros: Great Service. Friendly. Knowledgable professionals.

Cons: None so far.
