We had our wedding there, July 23, 2011. Darla, their wedding coordinator was always one step ahead of me. Cindy stepped in...did great. And Nicole, our Hostess at our reception...WOW! Their staff...WOW. My husband and I were catered too every step of the way. Their food was great! We had two FULL bars! Nicole took the time for us both; made us feel like super stars the entire night, was always right there with us to fill our speciality drinks ;-) she immediately took us away right after our ceremony and put us in a private room just for us to have a few moments to grasp the excitement of it all...with just the two of us and had our drinks and appetizers waiting....Angelo's & Vinci's did a great Job all together....We along with all our guests were very pleased with their services...GREAT JOB! We will definately refer your restaurant to others.....We had a blast! Thank you, Darla, Cindy, Nicole and staff. FYI...For the brides, if you cant get your bustle done; Nicole is the one to go too ;-)

We have had countless events here over the years from birthday parties to large family gatherings. They will set you up upstairs in the balcony and give you your own mini buffet style meal. Great solution to a large crowd that you want to keep on a budget!

Angelo's & Vinci's Ristorante catering menu is great. We've used them for both business and for family gatherings. The food is always hot and delicious. I don't know what the difference is on the restaurant side as far as flavor, but there's a definite difference. The food they serve in their restaurant isn't nearly as good as the food they put out in their catering orders.

They have really good food. My co-workers and I used to go there and have the lunch buffet, it's a really great price. Definitely an interesting place with plently of things to look at and quite a bit of history in the pictures they have hanging on the wall. It's also pretty fun to sit upstairs, a great view of the entire restaurant.

After my aunt had a party here, I couldn't stop talking about how much fun I had. So, I decided to go back & try the restaurant out.\r\n\r\nMy aunt's party was all you can eat, but I never imagined how great the portions would be in the restaurant...they were huge! It was great too because I was able to eat it for lunch the following day.\r\n\r\nSuper festive decor here. Very fun place to go...I would think this would be a great place for a first date.\r\n

Such a great restaurant! My boyfriend took me on our first date there. The atmosphere of the place is terrific. It really set the mood. The food was fantastic! I had a seafood pasta dish and it was heaven in my mouth. Wonderful memories at Angelo's and Vinci's and I look forward to going back!

Talk about atmosphere, this place has it to the hilt. It has a floor to ceiling Family photo alter, old movie props, fun italian pieces. The food is very good. The rolls are fresh baked and served warm. I have attended private parties in 3 of the 4 rooms available and they were all great events. My recommendation from the huge menu is the linguini in clam sauce.

With surprises in every corner, you won??t know where to look first! Fun place for kids to look around. The Pizza is awesome. The antipasto is a monster of cheese and meat. The pasta is always overcooked, so just stick w/ the pizza.
Great banquet rooms for Birthday parties, anniversary dinners, graduation celebrations, or business meetings. Angelo??s and Vinci??s has a variety of packages and options to suit most any budget! My favorite is the Luna Room for small parties. My friends and family use it all the time.

My husband and I was visisting Fullerton and our daughter who goes to CSU Fullerton took us to this place. The decor was horrible. The wall were loaded with crazy looking stuff and it gives me a huge head ache just looking at it. The furnitures were horrible. Chairs were torn. The tables are too close to each other you literally can smell the breath of the people sitting in the other table. The food were horrible. Large portion, I agree, but the pasta were blah. Breads were okay. The pizza crust tasted like cardboard. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a real Italian taste. Service were okay. The place look dirty.

My husband and I have eaten here about 15 times. We've brought friends and family with us as well. Always great service and even better food. Parking is never a problem. Can't think of a time when we were disapointed. They do have great pizza but they also have a huge menu with lots of amazing food. We love this place ! We'll make the 1/2 drive anytime at a moments notice!!

I have been to my fair share of Italian food chains, holes in the wall etc. This place clearly is above all of them! The pizza is fantastic and full of cheese! The pasta is served up with huge portions (enough to take home for a second meal). I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce! The bread is homemade tasting and awesome and fresh!\r\n\r\nThey have good prices. I always take my guest here to show off this hidden treasure and make them a fan as well!\r\n\r\nI just booked my wedding there because the atmosphere is amazing. So much history in this place. It makes eating here fun! I have always had good service as well. I highly recommend this place. I am italian myself and LOVE IT!\r\n\r\nI have been here probably hundreds of times to say the least and nothing compares!

My wife and I visited this restaurant when visiting the USA. It was an exceptional experience. Great food coupled with experienced and friendly staff made for a great evening. In fact evenings as we went back 3 times during our stay. We are not used to such an incredible ambience as our restaurants in the UK tend to be more reserved and certainly do not offer such amazing value for money.\r\nWould that we could take Angelo's & Vinci's home with us!\r\nCannot understand some of the detrimental comments made by previous reviewers.\r\n

Cons: We have nothing like this in the UK!

One of my favorite places for pizza in Orange County. Their ingredients are incredibly fresh and the quality of food is really amazing compared to other pizza establishments. \r\n\r\nNot a place I would go for Italian food, but I highly recommend the ""Oil, Garlic & Romano Cheese"" pizza with a stuffed crust. Its very simple, but one of the best pizzas you will ever have. \r\n\r\nNote - I've tried nearly every topping to add to this pizza to better its flavor, but its best kept simple.

The minute you walk in you feel like you walked into an Italian circus. You have to visit the "wine cellar" on a visit to Angelo's. To tell you what's down there would ruin it, you'll have to go down and see it yourself! Pictures of movie stars are everywhere. Many of them include the late owner Steven Peck with many famous people and movies he was in. The food is standard, the pizzas are the best part.

If you've never eaten here before, try to come for the lunch buffet. For $7.95 you can choose your soup, your salad, your pasta, your entree, and your dessert. The eggplant parmagiana and the lasagna are fabulous. The garlic bread melts in your mouth. This will give you an idea of the different foods that are offered here.

It is an experience that you will enjoy.

The waiter was very nice wish I had his name. The food was pretty good, americanized Italian food but I did enjoy it very much. The soup was good but didn't seem to be homemade. One thing that could make this place better to me is the other people that work there. They\r\nwere cold and unsociable. I am Italian and Italians are usually sociable. Even the host who I'm \r\nguessing is the owner was a grump. She couldn't break a\r\n smile and I gave her a few chances. We also wanted a tour they were not very busy but couldn't give one. It was my first time there and I have heard about others getting tours of the haunted building. I will go back and give it another shot. Hopefully the hospitality improves.

My family have eaten at Angelos and Vinci's many times over the last 18 years and we think that the food is as good as ever and the flavours in the dishes are fantastic. Value for money is assured here. We have never had a problem with the service and find it is still the best overall experience we have in Fullerton.

So the decor is beautiful and A&V came HIGHLY recommended by an old friend. But, apparently, the original owner died a few years ago and the place has gone down hill ever since. While we were seated immediately, the waiter took forever to deliver Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar (something we take for granted at a true Italian place) for the bread that the busboy had dropped off 20 minutes prior. Our anti-pasti of calamari never showed up until long after we had finished eating the bland entrees. The waiter even asked if we still wanted the calamari!! Also, when the entree was served, the server tried to take my half eaten salad (not even asking if I was done) sticking his armpit in my face in the process. Then he shot be a look as if I'd insulted him. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! \r\n\r\nI was at least expecting the manager to come over and apologize for the terrible service (everyone has a bad night), but that never happened either.\r\n\r\nOtherwise, the Chicken Parmigiana and the Fettucine Afredo were bland at best. As I understand it, this place is known ONLY for it's Pizza and nothing else. Honestly, with the decor, it would make a GREAT Buca di Beppo, whose food is ALWAYS great and service stellar... Perhaps some day... :(

Despite the somewhat-cozy atmosphere, appealing Italian-paraphernalia, and even the better than average food, we HIGHLY recommend against eating here. \r\n\r\nWe had been here before on a Saturday and ordered a cheese and tomato pizza for $13.95 with bread (reasonable by our standards). When we arrived on a Sunday a few weeks later, the hostess at the front entrance handed us a white menu and brought us to our table (like the time before). Later, a waitress asked if we wanted the buffet or pizza. We pointed TO THE WHITE MENU that was given to us and ordered a medium cheese and tomato pizza (again, FROM THE WHITE MENU GIVEN TO US AT THE FRONT). We were very puzzled when the bill came - $17.95 for the pizza ($4 more than what the white menu said and what we paid last time). When we asked the waitress about this, she said that we had ordered from take out. We asked why they gave us these take out menus if they knew we were dinning in. She avoided the question and said that it wasn't their fault that they did not give us the SUNDAY menus (red ones which show the $4 price difference). We politely asked to speak to the manager, and when he came out, he was especially terse and condescending (he blamed us for not knowing about the red menus and said that was our problem, not theirs). Not even a ""we are sorry for the confusion, but there's nothing we can do.""\r\n\r\nIt seems very unscrupulous to let someone order from the wrong menu and expect them to pay a price that they never saw. Furthermore, the truculent waitress never filled up our waters and even charged $2 for a side of basil!) \r\n\r\nIf food quality is all that matters to someone, then maybe this place is tolerable. However, if having an enjoyable meal goes beyond the taste of the food (and includes reasonableness in price and the quality of service), I would DEFINITELY save my money (and patience) and go somewhere else. \r\n

As a long time Fullerton resident, Angelo&Vinci's is a landmark. I have enjoyed countless dinners, banquets and weddings here. The food in never disappointing, though I can say I am completely addicted to the pizza and rarely venture to the pastas. This place has always been so special that it was the first place I went to book my wedding reception. By the end of the meeting with the fantastic banquet staff, I realized it was also the perfect place for a wedding. Our guest enjoyed fabulous food, great drinks and an euphoric atmosphere. It is worth the drive to beautiful Downtown Fullerton to experience Angelo and Vinci's

A & V is an oasis in the desert of mediocre food. The pizza, any pizza (especially ""God's Creation; all 7 pounds of it!"") is some of the best I've tasted including those from Chicago the year I lived there. The entrees are wonderful for those that want more than just the same Old Italian fare. The seafood dishes are excellent, the Mezzaluna and Papa's favorite are scrumptious. Miss this restaurant and you're missing something.

But after we had dined there, we are sure that we WILL go back again in the near futureWe were also VERY surprised about the food and price! Besides, they have one of the BEST Vanilla Martini in town! Gotta try it when you go there next time. Delicious food with reasonable price and fun ambience Truly a hidden jewel in Fullerton.

A really nutty place to eat! No corporate venue can match what just seems to burble out of Steven Peck's mind and kitchen. A must see is the wine cellar/dungeon downstairs (yes, monsters...) You can spend the time that you may wait for service (the servers are consistently inconsistent here) looking around the walls and ceiling of this place, for all the goofy stuff hanging around (many tribute shrines, including Peck's parents, the original A & V). Pizzas are wonderful, salads and anti pasti with a dressing that will make you pucker and cry like a baby it is so good. Take a fun date, or find out if your prospective partner IS a fun date to this epicurean fun house.
