We had ordered 25 computer cases for use in building one of our products. We received the 25 cases and inspected them as quickly as we could. Since we are a small business and that it was such a large order, it took us 19 days. 2 of the cases failed inspection because of damage. When we tried to return them them to xPCgear, based on their stated 30 day return window, we were denied the return. Upon contacting them about this we were told that they would not accept the return because it had to do with damage and we did not report it within 24 hours. Despite trying to reason with them about the size of the order and how it would be impossible to properly inspect it in 24hrs, they were unwilling to help. They were absolutely horrible about it. They even went as far as to say to us "On the website we only say that you have 24 hours to report it, not that we would actually accept a return..."

They did not attempt a resolution at all. They would not listen to reason or even attempt something as simple as meeting us half way. We asked them how they suggest a small company is supposed to properly inspect 25 cases in 24 hours, and Brian at extremepcgear said "We would never tell you how to run your business." But then, in a future communication, he told us our inspection rate of the cases was unacceptable to them.
