I would not recommend it unless you are ok with incompetent manager handling your concerns and preparing your purchase to be delivered multiple times and each time something still not fixed.

It will help you make the decision not to buy from them and realize the negative reviews posted are true stories and not made up.

We put down a deposit on May 1st, completed paperwork, and secured financing and set delivery date for May 15th, 2pm. Having walked the RV beforehand it was apparent it needed some basic cleaning and a laundry list of repairs including the purchase of an awning which we selected one and the amount was added to our total. Being that its used they explained they dont work on it and/or clean it up until they have a buyer for it, understood and we are ok with it as long as they do what they say the will.

Having shared the above you would think since a customer placed a deposit for a purchase that Orlando RV would immediately notify Prep Department as they are called of the sale and promised delivery date so that they can prioritize and get right on the laundry list of items needed and those that may be discovered upon their own inspections. The sales rep Tom said do not worry they are good and will have everything ready for you, yeah Right! Thats the first lie.

Well it didnt happen, for sake of space with limited characters i can only summarize but if you want the full story, yes please email me i am happy to share it with anyone whom wants the details.

Managers have no follow through, employees dont respect Prep Manager, they ignore customers, quality of service/work performed is poor, they dont know how to prioritize, customers do not come first, Prep Manager is a joke, Service dept employees use derogatory words towards customers behind their backs, I also observed other customers coming in with same situations of multiple issues still unresovled. I was referred to by race instead of by name by a tech, whom if not stopped by the manager realizing i was there, i am sure he would have continued as i am sure they remember who i am being that i have called, emailed and been there many times now and still the items to be completed had not yet been finished. Especially if I had not taken the initiative, they would have totally dismissed me and my issues still unresolved.

If my story and all the other facts here and in others review dont motivate you to go someplace else. Well then, I wish you much luck! I know I am done with them!
